I followed the girls description and it was totally out of the way I was going previously.

I sighed the principals office even from a very far distance.

It was a separate building and it was very big, how can just a principals office be this big? I thought as I hurriedly made my way there.

Its was already 10am, someone just shoot me, I hope they spare me since I'm a new student.

I walked into building which i noticed he shared with other teachers.

I was about asking someone where his office is when I saw a door which had Principals Office boldly written on it.

I stood in front of the door nervous for reasons i dont know.

Come in, I heard from inside

What? How did he know I'm standing here?

I walked in, I sure know I'm looking like an idiot right now.

Ms Vine Anderson, please sit he said.

He knows me already? I nodded and sat opposite him fiddling with my fingers.

He looked very serious and I convinced he is sure going to be a very mean principal.

You are welcome to Boston High he said with the same mean face.

I smiled nervously, then he handed me the school map after dishing out few boring speeches about concentrating on my grades and avoiding trouble.

You have literature class now with Ms Sidney, the map will help you locate your class, he said

Thanks I said getting up almost yawning.

Phew, I can't believe I have been all nervous because I saw blood earlier.

I followed the map rushing to my class, I don't want to be embarrassed on my first day in school.

Awwn come in pretty, the slender lady standing in front of the class called out to me smiling sweetly.

I quickly wore my confident look and walked into the class stylishly, I can't be seen as a dumb nerd on my first day, never.

All eyes turned to look at the person Ms Sidney called pretty, I smiled in satisfaction when I noticed the guys and few girls ogling at me.

While other girls glared at me murderously, i shrugged and went to meet Ms Sidney.

Hey guys, we have a new student today, please introduce yourself miss, she sounded so kind.

Hello, I am Vine Anderson, its super nice to meet you all, I said giving them my second best smile.

My first best smile is reserved for my boyfriend and my future boyfriend, ofcourse.

You are welcome Ms Vine, please go take a seat.

I bowed slightly and that earned me more looks and glares from but I really don't give a damn.

I might be rude and all, but I know when to be respectful.

I eye scanned the crowd looking for a place to seat when I notice a pretty girl on third row smiling while waving at me.

I looked at her then she tapped on the seat beside her giving me puppy eyes.

I almost burst out laughing at her gesture, I'm loving this school already, I thought as I walked towards her smiling.

I'm sure the last line came from a boy and the second to the last came from a girl who will sure be hugging the schools transformer very soon.

Alright class let's pay attention now, Ms Sidney's tiny but loud voice range in our ears.

You are so beautiful, the girl said touching my hair.

Thanks, I said as I turned my gaze to the teacher focusing totally.

I might be a bad bitch and all but one thing I don't joke with is my education.

Once I'm in class, I focus, you are sure calling for trouble if you try distracting me while I'm paying attention.

I noticed eyes boring into me from behind then I slightly turned to catch who it is.

It was a girl who looked sassy, her make up was way out of the world, plastered on her face giving her the look of a slut.

She was holding tightly to a boy beside her like he was going to run away.

She gave me a mean look while I looked away quickly, not because I'm scared but because I have more important things to do with my eyes and ears.

She acts like shes prettier than everyone else, the girl sitting beside me whispered as she followed my eyes to look at the sassy girl behind.

You are way prettier than her, I whispered back to her and she blushed harder than i expected.

Ms Vine, please give us two examples of Oxymoron, Ms Sidney asked sternly glaring at me.

So much for a first day student, I thought as I stood up.

Deafening silence, painful pleasure, I answered confidently.

That's correct, please sit and concentrate, she said then faced her text book and continued teaching.

I sat and noticed people were looking at me, I don't give a damn though.

After the teacher left the class the girl beside me turned excitedly, that was a nice rescue pretty.

It is, I would have been embarrassed if you didn't answer correctly.

How? I asked confused

Well, you see I'm not a smart kid, she would have asked me to answer and the whole class would have laughed me to scorn, she explained still smiling like its no big deal to not be smart

Oh, is that it? I said packing my books.

We should go eat, I'm famished, she said standing up.

You look hot, I complemented and I sure earned a blush from her.

Come on you are making me blush, she pouted.

I guess I have landed myself a doll in human form, I thought as I got up ignoring her.

I haven't told you my name yet, I'm Nancy, she said extending her hands for a shake.

I ignored her and started to head out.

Hey wait, she yelled running after me.

What? I groaned

How can you change moods so quick? she asked panting.

I don't play with kids, I said leaving her again.

So childish, I muttered as I heard her yelling after me.

I won't be childish anymore, let's be friends please, she pleaded following me.

Okay, Show me the library, I Said walking away like i know the way.

Huh? Library? she screamed still running after me.

Yes,library, I said scoffing

But I'm hungry, she whined.

I ignored her and kept walking

That's not the way, she said chuckling.

Then lead the way, I said keeping a straight face despite being amused.

So grumpy, such a waste of a pretty face, she muttered

What did you just say, I asked feigning annoyance

That you are grumpy, she said sticking her tongue at me while running away.

I chased after her as we both giggled like kids.

Maverick's POV

The new girl introduced herself and I must say I like her confidence.

Some new students end up embarrassing themselves over a mere introduction.

After the literature class I walked straight to the library ignoring Ciara who wanted me to follow her to the cafeteria.

I have work to do that required attention, I told her as I left her pouting childishly.

I walked into the almost empty library.

Students barely read, I muttered with a sigh.

Its always food after food.

I bought out my laptop and started working on some office documents.

Two girls walked in noisily giggling like immature kids.

Who giggles like that in a library,I thought trying to keep calm but then, they kept on chattering as they walked towards the pile of books.

They passed beside me still chattering annoyingly, distracting me completely.

If you little mouse can't acknowledge this is a library and keep your mouth shut then get the hell out, I yelled loosing my cool.
