Chapter 5 Sleepover

I couldn't go back to class again, at least i don't want to see that annoying Liam and his girlfriend, I had to lie to Kelly that I wasn't feeling to well so he helped me go to the school clinic where I had to lay on the bed for the rest of the day, I had to persuade Kelly to go back to the lecture hall so both of us would not miss on today's lecture.

I thought the plan was to get over Liam, why is my foolish heart always hurt whenever I see Liam and his girlfriend together? I know this is not going to be easy in the first place and I promise myself that I can do this. I now have a best friend. I'm not alone anymore.

I looked at the time hanging on the wall and I guessed that school was over and we had no more lectures for the day. I waited for Kelly cause I know he's going to come and get me

"Mam the school is over, you don't want to leave or are you waiting for someone?" The University clinic nurse asked me

"Oh I'm waiting for my friend ma"

"Alright that's okay" She smiled and left.

"Taylor" I heard Kelly's voice and saw him walking toward me with my school bag

"How are you feeling?" He asked touching my forehead

"All good, school is over right?" I asked sitting up on the bed and he nodded

"Then let's go" I said and wanted to climb down from the bed but he suddenly held my hand stopping me

"Can I ask you for something?" He asked looking calm

"Sure why not?" I smiled

"Actually, ahhh....I would like to sleep over at your place tonight, my parents went on a business trip"

I sighed seeing how he had that puppy and unsure look maybe he thought I was going to turn him down, but one of my wishes this semester is to have my friends sleep over at my place and he's exactly fulfiling that wish

I smile and cupped his face, shaking it so hard

"Ouch Taylor, you're making me feel dizzy...." He laughed trying to pull my hand away

"Of course you can sleep over at my place, you're the only friend I have" I said laughing so hard as his eyes widened in surprise

"Really.....?!" He asked looking so excited and I nodded

"Yess......!" He yelled happily and pulled me into a warm hug,

"For this I'm going to treat you on a special meal"

"Where?" I asked excitedly

"At your home of course, I'm going to let you taste my special recipe and you're going to see how blessed my hands are" He boasted proud, flipping his hair, backwards,

I folded my two hands below my chest and pulled closer to him,

"I'm waiting for you to impress me sir"

"Trust me I don't disappoint" He wink,

I stood up as we made our way out of the clinic, we were about to enter his car when I suddenly stop him

"Wait..!"

"What's wrong?"

"Mmmm...., remember to stay away from Liam"

"Hmmm, I promise" He said with his right palm on his chest

"Let's go," I smiled. He opened the door for me and I entered. He drove off as we were both vibing to music, after twenty minutes we finally got home, we both came down from the car, and I saw three other cars at home which means that Liam's friends are sleeping over as well.

"Are you nervous?" Kelly asked, but I shook my head even though I was, I don't want to make him worry,

"Can I hold your hand?" He asked looking at my hand, I followed his gaze and smiled

"Sure"

"Thanks" He smiled and slowly interlock our palms together, as we both made our way into the house, as soon as we entered the mansion, Liam and his friends were seated in the living room playing game while Beauty was sitting beside Liam with her head laying perfectly on his shoulder,

I ignored them and try going upstairs with Kelly

"Wait.....!" Liam's voice stopped us as we both stopped and I turned to him

"What do you think you're doing?"

"What does it look like I'm doing?" I asked him back

"Are you now bringing a man to someone's house? Is that how you live your life?" Beauty asked making me laugh

I looked around me, turning left, right and center

"Bestie, did someone just say something?"

"Nahh I think it was some fly" Kelly said in a mocking tone

"I thought so too, because hmmmm, let me not talk about some cheap.....who sleeps with different guys in the school...hmmm" I smiled cutting my sentence, and immediately Beauty's face turned pale

"Wow......Taylor is that you....." Ethan asked in surprise while Eden kept on smiling

"He's not sleeping here" Liam shrugged

"Hmmm?" I gagged sarcastically

"But the last time I checked, you're not the owner of this mansion and I already took permission from the owners, if you have a problem with that, go argue with them" I said in a challenging tone, and turned to Kelly

"Bestie let's go upstairs"

"Sure honey" Kelly winked at them, we both held each other's hands and walked upstairs ignoring the two crazy couples.
