~ CARLENE'S POV ~~

Thanks to Dad we found Carmela and she wasn't in a good condition and mood

I thought it was because of what happened so I let her be although Dad promised not to tell Mum about what we did we still aren't going scot free.

My phone suddenly buzzed and I picked it up to realize it wasn't my phone but Carmela's and she had a message from an unknown number.

I was still contemplating whether to check it or not and my finger mistakenly tapped on the message.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing I just felt like screaming but I couldn't my body was frozen to a spot and I unconsciously held my breath

I couldn't allow anyone to see this especially not Carmela unless she was going to be heartbroken, so I quickly got dressed and headed for the address.

I arrived at the address and it was fucking dark .

I couldn't spot or see anyone or anything and it felt as if I was blind

" Hello " I called out

" Is anyone here? "

" Welcome Miss Ken I thought you were never going to come, " Someone said his voice sounded familiar but I couldn't still see his face

Dad handed me a glass of water and Tylenol

" You better stop taking alcohol if you can't handle it " He warned in a loving way and pecked me

" Dad i'm sorry " I apologized but he just smiled

" It's okay and you both behave just like your mum.

" Carlene dear are you sure about this? Marriage is a big time commitment, hope you know about this? " she just nodded as a response to him

" You're spoiling her a lot, just let me give her a good beating then she'll come to her sense's" Mum turned to scold Dad and I wasn't going to stay to watch all this drama so I ran after Carlene

" Have just told them about it and they wish to meet you " she spoke to someone and there was no excitement like before, it was as if she was hiding something

" Carlene i'm not a fool nor am I Mum and Dad who you can deceive with your fake smile and tears

Who the hell is forcing you into marrying them ? " I questioned not buying her act

" And who told you i'm faking it? I am happy about my marriage and please don't poke your nose in my affairs " she retorted and ran to the bathroom

I couldn't believe what just came out of her mouth, well I'll have to wait for her so-called fiance

~~ ZAMIEL'S POV~~

I was welcomed by the Ken twins grandmother and she seemed nice

" Carlene your fiance is here " she screamed but I was already getting tired even before I could meet the family properly

" Hey !!! " she screamed and ran towards me but suddenly stopped when she saw Mr ken

" Good evening Mr and Mrs ken " I greeted

" How are you doing? " Mr ken asked

" Fine thanks "

" Can I have a minute with you," Mr ken asked and I nodded as he led the way towards the stairs

" I hope you don't mind my wife's attitude it's just that she's a little upset about the marriage " he explained

"We all are surprised about this wedding so I hope you don't take their reactions to hearth... Also I'll like to know your intentions towards my daughter. Why do you want to marry her all of a sudden? al The news that my daughter's defamed your ex-girlfriend is all over so I hope this isn't any plan of yours "

" No Mr ken I do have sincere intentions towards her " I lied

" Hmm, I just wanted to be aware of your intentions and get you prepared because my wife is a hand full.I think it's time to go downstairs "

He said and I nodded and but caught the attention of a figure in the swimming pool

" Mr K.en who's that? I asked and he turned

" Oh that's my younger daughter Carmela" he smiled

" Carmela why not come meet your soon-to-be brother-in-law " he screamed and she turned to face us

" Dad I don't want to meet anyone especially not Carlene's fiance " she replied

" But dear no matter how annoyed you are at her, she's still your sister and would need your help to make arrangements for her wedding "
