Chapter 8 The Mutant Animals 2: Another Kill

The gang member was terrified so much he was already pissing his pants and crying, Nathan currently looked like a predator staring down on him the prey

Nathan leapt into the air and started to spin very fast before the gang member could flinch and kick landed to the side of his head knocking him unconscious ,the feat could only be done by a great martial artist but Nathan was no martial artist all he knew he was a monster, pure monster

He picked up the man's mask to cover up his monstrous look

" Can I get the meat now " he asked

" Oh yes" The shopkeeper answered giving him the bag " But you are hurt why don't I bring first aid kit "

" Don't worry kind man " He said collecting his "desert" "We have a first aid kit at home and I'm stronger than you think "

He dashed off after saying that ." Where did he learn those moves from" The shopkeeper questioned in thought

" Dang it " He shouted " I almost lost control and by the way what happened to me back there I felt different "

It was like another attitude took over him he couldn't actually explain after drinking the blood he put the remaining one in a big flask just in case what happened to him wouldn't happen again

♡♡♡The next day

Nathan went to school as bored as usual. The only thing that interested him in the school was rugby practice and that was what he had in his mind.

" Hey Nathan " Sam rushed over to him

" Hi" Nathan casually answered

The two boys walked while chatting casually about rugby club where Sam told him he couldn't do anything in rugby

" Ahhhhhhhhhhh" A large scream was heard in the school and everyone came out to see a scene that was very disturbing .

In the school bus was blood everywhere with organs and intestines hanging around, Claw marks and the dead body of their bus driver

Everyone was shocked as they stared in awe first there was a killing yesterday nobody took serious but now it was happened in their own school

"Wh- wh- wh- wha- what do you think h- hap- happened he- her- here" Sam asked Nate with fear in his eyes

Nathan looked over to Amy who looked way worse she was current shaking with sweat all over her body

" No did they do- do- this ..... di- di- did th- the- they do- th- this " She shakily whispered to herself

But due to Nathan's heightened senses he could hear her now he was sure Amy knows something

" Hey I think Amy knows something " Nathan whispered to Sam pointing over to her

" Why do you think that Nathan she's completely innocent , she's just scared " Sam defended

Nathan sighed in response Sam wasn't seeing what he was seeing now . He was sure Amy was hiding something so he walked over to her

" Hey Amy I think you are hiding something you can tell us you know?" HE said

Amy looked up to him " What the hell did you know about me huh!" She yelled " How can you come here and spit out rubbish you weirdo" she concluded before walking away

Nathan stood there dazed, he just saw the side of Amy he didn't know existed he thought she was just a sweet nice girl but now he knew she wasn't who people thought she was

" Hey Nathan why was Amy yelling at you huh did you ask her on a date " Sam asked

" No" Nathan answered " I just walked up to her and told her I knew she was hiding something "

Sam instantly tapped his forehead with his palm " No wonder Nathan you are so stupid sometimes she's totally shocked from this unpleasant site and you go say rubbish to her " Sam added

There was no rugby practice because of the incident so Nathan decided to follow Amy

" Dang it she walks so fast " Nathan stated walking beside her " If I can't follow her from below I'll follow her from above "

He looked up to the roof checking whether he could reach that distance with a jump but all his instinct was telling him he could.

So he bent his knees in a squat like position looking at the roof .In an instant he dashed into the sky reaching his arm to the roof he was sure now he could reach

But he miscalculated his leap so he missed and fell hard to the ground a fall that an average teenage boy couldn't survive

His bones and arms were twisted in awkward directions and he was in a world of pain

" Who am I to think I could reach that height with this my weak body " He questioned in thought as he started to heal on the spot

He stood and noticed Amy was long gone but when he turned back he noticed Sam was staring at him in shock, he knew Sam had seen all the stunts he had just pulled

" What th- the hell ar- ar- you" He questioned in fear before fainting

" No no no not here , Sam wake up wake up now! " Nathan demanded shaking Sam by the scruff of his clothes
