It's been a week, I've been avoiding any physical contact with Carl.

He also has been busy.

I headed back to my office, arranged my table, picked up all I needed, rearranged my looks and went to stand by the door to his office so I don't arrive a minute late,

Carl gave recommendation on good places they could situate their office, they decided, then he went ahead to give them a break down of all they could get, charges involved, timing, target and everything getting a property for a business site entailed.

I took down what was agreed upon at each point.

Finally, the meeting was over and it was time to eat.

Throughout the whole eating process, it was obvious Nathan was hitting on me.

He was flirting, which was annoying but I decided to pretend I was enjoying the attention to get back at Carl.

It was actually working because his face was red, he had a big frown on his face, he even repeatedly hit my leg each time I smiled and touched Nathan's shoulders.

"Please excuse me, I'd like to use the Ladies" in said excusing myself from the table

I was rounding up when I heard a knock on the door.

Come on, it was obvious someone was in here.

"Give me a sec" I said and shortly I opened the door only to find Carl staring at me.

He pushed me inside, allowed himself in and shut the door behind him.

"You were flirting with my client right in front of me, I knew you didn't find him as attractive as you find me, let's just say you are trying to get back at me, well you won because I'm so mad at the both of you that I'm going to punish you for it"

He kissed my neck, then grabbed my lips and kissed me roughly.

"Let's go" Carl announced when he saw I was not touching my meal.

The car ride home was silent, glad I was going home to an empty house, and Andrea was out of town for her wedding.

"Goodnight boss" I said as gently as I could when the car stopped at the entrance of my apartment.

I alighted and without looking back, I went into the house and shut the door.

I was in the shower when I heard a knock on the door; I was not expecting anyone, who could that be at this time of the night?

I hurriedly finished and wrapped a towel around me, deciding it wasn’t safe to get the door at this time with a towel wrapped around me, I decided to wear a robe, with nothing underneath.

I got to the door and saw Carl standing, what could this man want?

“Good evening Boss, is there something wrong?” I said with irritation

He ignored, and allowed himself in, and sat on the chair like he owned the house

“No, I just remembered that I haven’t told you, so pick up your dresses, you will be accompanying me to Andrea’s wedding, and we leave tomorrow evening"

“Tomorrow is just Thursday, and the wedding is Saturday, why do we leave tomorrow?”

"I have a meeting in that same town on Friday, so it’s only logical I leave tomorrow evening"

“Okay sir, if that would be all, I’d like to say goodnight”

“You don’t need to come to work tomorrow, so you can pack for the trip, my driver will pick you up by 4:00pm tomorrow, good night”

“Goodnight”

I expected him to get up and head towards the door, instead he sat there looking at me while I stood by the door.

His gaze was hot and trespassing.

He was obviously scanning my body, I found this annoying but my body seemed to be responding to his presence, because my nipples hardened and it was quite obvious through the robe I was putting on.

“I’d take that as a yes then, would you show me to the room or we could do that here, maybe try out the couch, since we’ve experienced the bed and desk already”

I kept mute, if I spoke I was going to stammer, so it was better I kept shut.

He undid my robe, as slowly as possible and there I was standing in my naked glory before this man.
