Chapter 4 Don't Get Hurt

Silence followed as Gray spoke up,he was there all along with his head on the table that Quinn didn't notice him.

"You won't say anything?" Gray asked

"I,,,,I,,,I'm sorry,,,I didn't know,,, gosh,,,I am sorry. I will just leave,,," Quinn bowed her head and stood up

"Stop" Gray called and she faced him

"Sir?"

Gray scoffed when she said that

"Don't you think you deserve to be punished? For insulting a teacher and then saying the president is not capable of choosing the right teachers?" Gray asked and she gasped

"I didn't mean it that way,,,"

"Then what do you mean?" Gray asked with a straight face

"Am I in trouble now??" She asked

"Go report yourself" Gray said and faced his book

"What? How do you expect me to do that? I can't" Quinn said

Gray looked up

"I'm sorry,,,but how will I,,,,"

"Everything you said here,you said your teacher was looking like a sacrifice or anything,,, and also,, you have a message for the president right? Just go to the counselor's office and explain everything to him,," Gray said

'Gosh,,I thought he will be nice. ' Quinn scoffed inwardly

"Please senior,, I will do everything. You can punish me,, but I can't report myself,, am sorry" She said and Gray smiled

"You will do anything?" He asked and Quinn nodded

"What's your name? " He asked

"Quinn" she grinned

"Where is your textbook?" Gray asked

"Actually it wasn't my fault,,I think I left it,,, she didn't even give me the chance to explain myself" Quinn said

"You shouldn't leave your texts at home,,you can drop them in school and lock them up if you will keep on forgetting them okay?"

"I understand,, thank you. Am I forgiven now?" Quinn asked

"Yeah,but your mouth,,,I think you need to zip it up" Gray stood up and Quinn chuckled

"I'm sorry" she muttered

Gray smiled and went out of the library,,,,

"He's cool ,I was so damn scared" Quinn muttered and sat down gently

"So,,are you telling me you had a conversation with Gray?" Cecelia asked with shock written all over her face

"Gosh,,it wasn't a conversation. I almost got into trouble, I never knew he was in the library" Quinn rolled her eyes

"Oh,,right. But I think you're lucky he didn't punish you" Cecelia said

"Yeah I guess"

"So,,will you tell me about you and Demetra now?" Quinn asked

"Actually,, it's nothing big. Maybe I acted crazy,," Cecelia sighed

"What is that?" Quinn asked

"The truth is,,,,,she's too damn protective about her brother. Always getting different gifts from girls just for her brother, but she will never give any of the gifts to him. I was really mad about it,,I don't understand why she doesn't want a girlfriend for her brother, it's annoying" Cecelia scoffed and Quinn bursts out laughing

"What's funny?" Cecelia asked

"Everything,,, are you telling me that's what caused your fight? Just because of that?" Quinn asked still laughing

"She shunned me when I confronted her" Cecelia pouted

"Cecelia,, are you sure you are not crushing on her brother? It's damn obvious" Quinn winked

"Am not,," Cecelia looked away

"You two are gonna be crazy friends,,," Quinn chuckled

"Actually,,, it was me who said we shouldn't talk to each other again,,I was too upset with myself" Cecelia chuckled

"Fine,,let's all be friends. I will tell her you said you were drunk when you said that to her " Quinn said

"Are you crazy? " Cecelia asked and they both laughed

Demetra who was watching them from her seat wonder what they were talking about to cause such laughter,, she really want to talk to them but she couldn't.

"What happened between you and Cecelia? You had a fight?" The girl beside Demetra asked

"You're reading right? Continue" Demetra said

"Oh,,sorry" The girl said and Demetra scoffed

"Go talk to her,,I want to go to the rest room" Quinn said to Cecelia and she nodded

"Good luck, crazy Lia" Quinn teased before leaving the class

"She's the crazy one" Cecelia bite her lips and looked back, her eyes met with Demetras who looked away instantly

Cecelia gathered courage to call her,,

"Hey Demetra,,, can you come over?" She said and Demetra looked up in shock

Cecelia waved her hand to her and almost immediately she walked to her,,,,

"What,,where is Quinn?" Demetra asked

"Restroom,,," Cecelia said shortly and pulled her to sit beside her

"Let's start talking" Cecelia said and Demetra scoffed

"You should apologize first" Demetra said

"Apologize? For what? It was you who shunned me first,you know how much I hate that" Cecelia said

"It was you who said we shouldn't talk again,so why now?" Demetra asked

"You want Quinn as your friend,, I don't want to be an enemy" Cecelia said

"I'm sorry,,I was not in my right mind,so are we good now?" Cecelia asked and Demetra smiled before hugging her

"Wow,,the witches are back together. Why? Because of the new girl?" A voice said from the back and the class laughed out

Cecelia looked back and wasn't surprised to see Rihanna and her crew glaring at them

"Don't say a word to her" Demetra said and Cecelia faced her

"She's crazy" Cecelia muttered

"But why is Quinn not back?" Demetra wondered

Walking into the female restroom,,the first person Quinn bumped into was Emma who yelled angrily.

"What the hell is this?" Emma shouted and Quinn looked up

"I'm sorry,,," She said

"Who are you?" Emma asked

"Quinn" She responded

"And why are you here? This place is not for everyone,, go to the other restroom" Emma said

"Why can't I use this place? Am a girl as you can see" Quinn said and Reina scoffed

"You don't question a senior student, you're so rude!" Reina yelled

Quinn rolled her eyes and turned to walk away

'Stop right there" Emma ordered

Quinn faced her again

"You are getting punished for disrespecting the school orders,, firstly you are not to come here,,this restroom is for senior students only,and secondly you disobeyed my order,,, come with me right now" Emma said walking out with Reina and Velvet

"But I was about going out ,,,," Quinn tried speaking

"Come with me right now! Do you want a detention instead!!" Emma yelled angrily

Quinn immediately followed to avoid more punishment,,,

"She's so annoying with her ugly mouth" Velvet said

They were still walking when Gray and Jeremy got to them,Gray saw Quinn who was behind them with her head down looking angry and sad.

"Hey Gray,,"

Quinn immediately looked up immediately she heard the name and their eyes met before Gray faced Emma.

"Hey,,,where are you going? You look angry" Gray said

"Why is she with you?" Gray asked

"She disobeyed the school rules,,she deserve a punishment right?" Emma smirked and Gray looked at Quinn for a second before speaking up

"What happened between you two?" He asked Emma and she explained

"Do you have to report her? She's a new student right?" Gray said and Emma frowned

"She f**king disrespected me? And besides,, I can do anything I want,you don't have to stop me" Emma said

"She can just apologize and she wouldn't do that again,,right Queen?" Gray looked at her and she looked up

"Queen? Her Name is Quinn" Reina scoffed

"I'm sorry for disobeying you,,," Quinn spoke up

Emma ignored her still mad at Gray for butting in.

"Can I leave now?" Quinn asked and Gray nodded with a smile and without waiting Quinn walked away

The others left too ,,,leaving Gray and Emma

"Hey,,am sorry. I just,,,,"

"You've never questioned me about other students, why her??" Emma asked

"She's a new student Emma,,you don't have to do that. She doesn't even know the school rules yet,,if you punish her,,it's wrong" Gray said

Emma snubbed him and walked away without saying a word

"Gosh,,she have anger issue" Gray said to himself and inserted his two hands into his pant pockets ready to leave but stopped when he heard his name.

"Hi,,," Quinn said

"You're always in trouble " Gray said and Quinn smiled

"Thanks for saving me again,,," Quinn said and Gray nodded

"You should be careful,,, don't get hurt." Gray said and pat her hair gently before walking away.
