Niko's back story

I was pacing back and forth. What my father was asking of me was too much. He wanted me to kidnap an innocent woman. Not just any woman, but my friend Derek's girl. I can't do it. This is all wrong.

I am not a monster. I guess Layla's ex made my father angry, so he was going to take it out on her. I wouldn't do this if he didn't threaten to kill my son. That's his grandson yet he would harm him. What am I saying he abused me all my life? Now he is doing the same thing to my younger brother Nikolas.

I want to get us out of here. I just see no escape. I only get to see my son when I do something he wants me to do. As a prize. I hate my father. I never want to be anything like him.

I stay away from everyone in fear he will one day use them against me. Noah deserves so much better than this life. So did his mother. I loved her so much. Then my father had her killed and kidnapped my son to bring me back into his world.

I will never forgive him for that. I had no choice, but to do this. I hated myself right now. I didn't want to hurt the girls. I hated having to hit Layla. These girls did nothing wrong. They seemed really sweet.

I don't get why my father hated them so much. My brother made sure they got food because I knew they wouldn't take it from me. I wasn't a bad guy. Layla has been very sick since she got here a week ago.

I told my dad I think she might be pregnant. He didn't listen to me. If it was up to me, I would let them go, but if I did that, he would kill my son. He is holding my son to get me to do what he wants.

My father is a boss for the mafia, so he gets away with everything. I asked him why he chose these girls to take. He only wanted Layla, but since Tia was with her, I had to take both.

I know they have someone out there looking for them. Maybe I could send them a clue without my father finding out. I had to do something. I knew Layla was with Derek.

Would he ever forgive me? He was one of my closest friends growing up. I got into fighting because of him. Now my father has the woman he loves. I found out Tia has a sick child at home.

I asked my dad to just let her go even. I could give her a note to give to Derek with where my son and Layla was. Maybe he could save them both. I would give my life to save all of them as long as I knew someone was taking care of my son.

I decided to go and talk to Layla. If she could promise my son a future, I will do everything I can to set her and Tia free. My son was here with me so I could send him away with Layla.

I just didn't know if they would ever be safe with my father hunting them. He was angry at Derek for something but wouldn't tell me what. I hate that man. Growing up I always knew my father was a monster.

I had gotten far away from him too. But he took my son in order to bring me back. I don't want to be a monster like him. I had to make everything right even if it kills me. I need to get Nikolas and Noah out of here.

Now that the girls were here, I knew they would take them with them. They would protect them if I couldn't. Once my father let his guard down, I was letting them go. If I died at least, I would know my brother and son were both safe. Soon we would all be free from my father...
