‎He gulps down his throat. "Drink up, come on" she drank hers as well.

‎"Abigail is there anything u want to talk to me about"

‎What is this man talking about?

‎Has he found out about the broken glass frame already

‎She decided not to get ahead of herself and just go with the flow "No sir there's nothing sir,why do you ask sir"

‎Nothing serious honestly, it's just occuring to me that I don't even really know much about you, your family, your siblings and all that so how about I get to know you better

‎"Sir that's because there's nothing special about me and besides I'm just ur staff sir" Abigail replied him.

‎Well as you know sir, my name is Abigail Smith,a graduate from the department of pharmacology and i am the breadwinner of my family and sorting my brothers school fees and making sure they finish with their tertiary education.

‎What was growing up like for you? Mr Leonard questioned.

‎

‎Sir to be honest with you, growing up was hell for us. My mom single handedly raised us and put us through school all by herself without financial assistance from my father or any extended family member. My dad left our mom for another woman while we were still in secondary school.

‎"That's a sad story, I'm really sorry about that" but is ur dad still with the new woman

‎"we've not heard from him in a very long time and I don't think I even want to ever set my eyes on him again, our family got broken and he lost us the moment he picked that strange woman over his own family,over his own wife and children" Abigail lamented.

‎

‎Abigail was already feeling tipsy, "I guess the alcohol is messing with my head already, I think it's time I stop drinking and go to bed sir"

‎"it's just past 11pm and it's weekend remember, the kids are not going to school tomorrow neither am I going to work tomorrow as well so relax"

‎He filled her glass up again with alcohol.

‎So tell me Abigail "Why is such a beautiful young graduate like you working as a house keeper. Don't you want more in life than just being a house help

‎Sir I do,but there's no money to go back to school to further my education or start a business for myself to take care of my family. (she said in a shaky voice,Mr Leonard noticed that she was drunk already, the alcohol was really messing with her head from taking just two glasses.

‎Mr Leonard was staring at her in a very lustful way, he couldn't even control himself,he moved closer to the sofa where Abigail was sitting.

He gently took away the glass cup from hands and dropped it on the table,drunk Abigail just kept mute,

Why is he moving closer??

Is he trying to get me in bed with him?

she couldn't even stop him, she was really high and tired.

Mr Leonard leaned towards her and gently placed his lips on hers, giving a soft kiss on her lips.

Everything was happening so fast before her, before she couldn't even say anything,he kissed her again the second time.

She stood up immediately

Sir this is wrong

I should held back to my room before things gets out of hand

(She stands up to leave) Mr Leonard drags her back and kisses her for the last time but this time longer than the other kisses.

She let go of herself from his tight grip, and ran off to her room and locked the door behind her immediately.

"what just happened outside there"

Why did he do that?

He kissed me three times for God's sake

And I sat down there watching him kiss me on my lips and didn't do anything to stop him. What mess have I gotten myself into? (Abigail began to lament in her room)

Mr Leonard was really happy he got to kiss her, even though he couldn't get through with his plan. He went upstairs to retire to bed.

The following morning was a Sunday morning, the family attended a church down the estate so she prepared breakfast and prepared the children for church.

Mr Leonard left for church with his best friend and his children while Abigail finished up with the remaining house chores she had to do.

She prepared lunch so the kids can eat when they get back from church service.

She was in the kitchen dishing the food while she heard the doorbell ring.

"Who could that be,Mr Leonard and his children couldn't have come back from church so early by this time.

She stepped out of the kitchen to go check who was ringing the doorbell repeatedly.

It was Mr Charles.

"What is this man doing back home all alone, isn't he supposed to be in church with the family? She said to herself.

Why did Mr Leonard's best friend come back home alone when service was still going on at church.

Is the house keeper safe,being alone in the house with him?
