"What?" I mumbled, stupefied at the thought of having two mates, and not just any mates, but the most powerful alphas in the country- Jayden and Kale Sutherland.
Catching a glimpse of them at the party was luck, but claiming to be their mate was... Something else.
Was this considered to be luck above luck.
My hands unconsciously went to my face, my grip on my mask tightening.
It can't be possible right?
How can I have two mates? It's unheard of, especially for them to be brothers mated to one mate. Wasn't that incest?
"You doubt us." Jayden, the eldest, said, his cold gaze piercing through my skin from his towering form.
"N–no," I stammered, dragging my legs further up to cover my exposed skin, goosebumps pricking my skin at the thought of being seen through.
"Yes you are." Jayden firmly dismissed my rebuttal. "Dont lie, I can smell it if you do."
Just then, his eyes swirled as his wolf surfaced, a faint smirk playing at his lips.
My heart pounded in my chest, and I bit back a whimper that had threatened to escape, opting to remain silent.
I felt Ava scratching at the back of my head, as she whined to meet her mates.
Silence reigned in the room, and I shifted uncomfortably, feeling the hot gazes from the two directed at me from different angles.
"Kale, bring her with you." Jayden instructed his brother, walking towards the door as he stepped on Fredrick's reminds without a care.
"You heard that Darling. Time to leave." Kale spoke, stretching his arms towards me, but I whined, avoiding his hands.
"What's wrong?" He asked, confused.
"Your h–hands." I stammered, blood draining from my face as I stared at his blood covered hands, bile rushing up my throat.
"Oh," he drawled, looking at his bloody hands. "No problem, I'll solve it."
Standing up, Kale grabbed the nearest thing he could find- Fredrick's ripped clothing- to clean the blood.
Once done, he grinned at me, showing his hands. "See? All done. Now let's get going."
I gagged, covering my mouth with my hand, but nodded at him.
He strode majestically towards me, tugging at the coat on his body and draping it over me.
Surprised, I brought the material to my nose, the rich smell of spice and earth which belonged to soley my mate sending butterflies fluttering in my stomach.
I felt my wolf twirl in delight, the scent, leaving me breathless.
Just then, I felt huge arms wrap around me, a gasp escaping my lips, as I was effortlessly lifted to the air like I weighed nothing.
The familiar yet strange feeling of electricity pricked my skin as our skin met, and I panted.
"Don't worry," he laughed, his hot breath hitting my face, "we'll make you drown in our scents."
I trembled at his words, my heart quickening as I noticed the intensity of his gaze.
We locked eyes with each other, his long strides barely noticeable as I suddenly found myself engulfed in his dark fiery orbs.
"Keep staring and I wouldn't mind taking you here darling." Kale teased, a playful look in his eyes.
Blushing bashfully, I lowered my head, feeling a pang of embarrassment as I looked around to distract myself.
My heart thumped as I took notice of my surroundings, noting it was a different building entirely.
In my course of admiring my mate, I had no idea when we had moved out from the bar.
Kale carried me into a room, and I spotted Jayden, my other mate, waiting in the corner of the room.
Somehow, he had changed his clothes from goddess knows where, and was wearing a new outfit.
Before I could take a proper look at the room, I was gently placed on the bed.
After dropping me, Kale passed a grin to his brother, and I watched as he strode to us, the aura around him different from his brother.
"What's your name mate?" Jayden asked, standing in front of me, his imposing form, sending me and my wolf wriggling in awe and respect.
"E–" I started, but stopped, biting my lower lip as I pondered.
Should I tell them my name?
I bit my lip in contemplation , scanning their faces, the frowns on their brows glaring as they noticed my hesitation.
"Don't you want to tell us?"
"No, it's not that." I quickly answered, a stutter at the end of my voice.
I was more scared of my father and mother finding out that we met in the bar.
"M–my name is E." I said, avoiding both their gazes.
I didn't want them to find out my name. At least, not yet.
Jayden and Kale both had a look on their faces, but they decided to say nothing.
"Alright," Jayden shrugged. "E. Can you take off your mask?"
"No!" I yelled, grabbing my mask and eyeing them warily. Panic setting in, as the scenes from earlier rushing to my head.
My heart beat quickened, and I closed my eyes, tears streaming down my cheeks.
"Please," I cried, shivering and pulling my legs to my chest. "Please, help me."
I sobbed, suddenly finding myself lost in the haze of that bad memory, when I felt two arms wrap around me, and a soothing voice from above my head.
"It's okay, it's okay." The person hushed repeatedly, rubbing faint circles around my back, the action sending my body trembling. "You are safe with us."
Heat climbed its way up my stomach, as I writhed, feeling my core dampen.
What's this? I whined in my head, arching into the touch.
"Looks like our darling wants it." A deep husky voice sounded with a hint of laughter in between, and I found it hard to identify who it was. "Don't you agree with my love?"
"You want us to take the bad memory away." Kale finished with a knowing chuckle.
It was true, but I wasn't about to admit it.
I let out a small pout, blinking the tears that clouded my vision, my face burning as I realized the position I was in.
Unconsciously, I had gotten in between my mates, clinging to them as my life depended on it.
"I, I," I quickly tried to explain, speechless and stammering in the process.
Even with the mask on my face, I couldn't hide the blush on my face.
At the back of my head, my wolf, Ava did a flip, finding our situation quite pleasing.
"Oh?" Jayden drawled, bring his face closer- barely inches from mine.
"Yes," I breathlessly responded, finding myself lost in his blue orbs.
While Jayden's eyes were blue, Kale's were green. The colour itself making me lost.
A gasp left my lips as our noses touched, the mere action sending a spark that light up the fuse inside me.
"Ngh," I moaned, closing my eyes as I felt a zap course through the bond.
Moon goddess!
I felt like my body wasn't mine anymore.
Naked before them, I felt no sense of shame, as my wolf and I fell helpless to the rising heat in my core.
"Please," I begged, resting my body on Jayden, as the urge to be bred filled my brain.
Mates! Mates! Mates!
