Chapter 5 Chap 5 Confrontation

Suddenly Karin was surprised to hear that. She is stared in disbelief at Ryan. How could the boss say something like that so casually? "You must be joking, Sir!"

"Thank you for your offer, sir. However, I prefer to just change clothes in the employee toilet, sir!" said Karin.

Ryan stood up from his seat and walked closer to where Karin was standing. He then said in a low voice. "Do you dare to take this key, so you can get out of my room?"

Karin closed her eyes and took a deep breath. It felt like she was about to curse her boss, who had made her feel like she was trapped in the lion's den.

She held out her hand towards Ryan. "Please give me the door key, sir!"

Ryan grabbed Karin's fingers and put them right in the pocket of the shirt he was wearing. "I'm not forbidding you from taking it directly. It's just that there are conditions if you want me to hand it directly in to your hands.

Karin had to hold back her anger which was ready to explode. She understood what conditions Ryan meant. It was enough to look at his eyes, which were directed to her lips.

Before Karin could get the answer, she heard Ryan say again, "You seem confused about the answer. OK, I'll help you decide."

Suddenly Karin felt the back of her neck so drag, so that her face was close to Ryan's face. Her lips opened, to protest what Ryan was doing, turned out to be a mistake.

Ryan quickly kissed Karin's lips, deeply and tenderly. His large hands moved to Karin's back, pressing her closer to his broad chest.

'I can't let Mr. Ryan think that I am the same as his previous secretary. I have to be able to escape from his embrace,' Karin muttered to herself.

She then bit Ryan's lips, until her boss broke his kiss on Karin's lips. She then stretched her hand in to Ryan's shirt pocket and tried to take the key that was there.

Instead of managing to get the door key, her fingers ended up in Ryan's grasp. "Want to run away? "You have to, because I made my lips hurt" Ryan whispered right in Karin's ear.

Karin tried to pull her hand out of Ryan's grasp, but her boss only tightened his grip.

"Let go, sir! I just want you to open the door to this room and nothing else!" said Karin, frantically.

Ryan released his grip on Karin's hand and invited her to open the door.

Karin looked at Ryan in frustration. In what other language should she say to Ryan that he needed a key to open the door?

Ryan stretched his hand towards the door and it opened easily. "As my secretary, you must have initiative and be able to solve problems in carrying out your work."

A confused look appeared on Karin's face when she saw the door that opened easily. "How can you open it?"

"You don't need to know, get out of my room quickly, before I change my mind!" Ryan said.

Karin walked quickly out of her boss's room. She sat in front of the table she had passed earlier. She turned on the computer on the table, and read the notes on the work she had to do.

Karin in her work that she didn't realize that it was time for lunch. Until Ryan's deep voice rebuked him,

"Do you want to make up for your mistake this morning, by working until you lost track of time? I still won't forget your mistake this morning. "You make up for it, with overtime tonight," said Ryan.

Karin looked up from her computer screen and was surprised to see Ryan's face so close. "You surprised me, Sir! I didn't realize at all that it was already lunch."

Karin saved the data she was working on, then she turned off the computer and stood up from her seat.

Meanwhile, Ryan himself had also straightened his body, then left Karin's table and walked into the elevator which was specifically for company leaders.

Karin just watched Ryan leave, she went to the special elevator for employees and again had to meet a woman who didn't like her.

Being in the same elevator as the woman made the hot aura feel so intense. In her Karin wanted to ask why that woman hated her.

The elevator doors opened too. Karin quickly walked outside, so she could get away from Helda. In a hurry, Karin came out of the building.

'Where should I go for lunch? I don't know this place yet. "Maybe I should look for an apartment after work that's close to the company, so I won't be late again," Karin muttered.

Engrossed in daydreaming, Karin didn't pay attention to her path. Until the sound of a loud horn jolted Karin from her reverie. She turned towards the sound of the car and was about to reprimand the driver who had startled her.

As soon as the car window was rolled down and you could see who was sitting in the back seat of the car, Karin suppressed her anger.

Ryan asked the driver to stop right next to Karin and said, "You are sure careless! If you're walking, don't daydream. do you want to get hurt? Or maybe you did it on purpose to get compensation!"

Karin quickly shook her head. "Excuse me! "I was wrong because I didn't pay attention to the road."

Ryan smiled mockingly at Karin. Meanwhile, a beautiful woman in sexy clothes sat next to Ryan. Stroking his shoulder gently, as if to calm Ryan.

The look she gave Karin was different, he looked scornful and suddenly her eyes widened at the shirt Karin was wearing.

She poked her head out of the car window and said loudly, "Why are you wearing Ryan's shirt? What is your relationship with my lover?"

Ryan grabbed his girlfriend's hand, which was already holding the doorknob and was about to open it. However, Ryan quickly restrained her. "I don't like you making a fuss like that!" Ryan snapped at his girlfriend.

Ryan wouldn't be happy if someone else was bothering Karin. Only he alone has the right to do that.

He then ordered his private driver to immediately start the car. Ryan held back his anger towards his girlfriend. "Why are you shouting like that, it's not at all graceful and demeans yourself in my eyes!" Ryan scolded.

Ryan's girlfriend's eyes widened, not believing what she was hearing. "You scolded me? Is there anything you are hiding from that woman? Actually, who is she?"

Ryan folded his arms in front of his chest and glanced at his girlfriend briefly. "She's my secretary and I don't need to explain anything to you anymore. I didn't expect such a show of jealousy from you!"

Ryan's girlfriend turned to Ryan with a disappointed look. "You are annoying, Ryan! Always be selfish and only think about yourself."

The woman stopped for a moment to catch her breath. "Did you sleep with your secretary earlier? She wore your shirt, because I bought the shirt as a gift for you!"
