In the Noah's house.

As soon as Greg entered, he found something was wrong.

Alice couldn't stop crying, and Noah's girlfriend, Doris Chamber, was staring at Alice angrily with her hands on her hips.

"What's wrong?" Greg asked quickly.

Doris immediately pointed the finger at Greg.

"What's wrong? Your kid is so uneducated. Nobody taught her how to behave."

"She smashed my perfume!"

Although Doris was Noah's girlfriend and Greg's colleague, she didn't get along well with Greg.

Doris was a snob, and she always looked down upon ordinary employees like Greg.

Plus, she didn't even want Noah to have too much contact with Greg.

Seeing the broken perfume bottle on the floor, Greg frowned, and went straight to Alice.

"Tell me. Did you break her perfume?"

Alice pouted and said aggrievedly, "Dad, I didn't do it on purpose."

"Are you aware of your fault?"

Alice nodded quickly.

"Okay."

"As long as you know you're wrong."

Greg held Alice in his arms and asked her to face Doris.

"Come on. Apologize."

"I'm sorry."

Alice bowed to apologize, not daring to look up into Doris's eyes.

Doris rolled her eyes and growled, "That's it? My perfume costs a lot! It's an MZ perfume."

"Doris, I'm really sorry. Since Alice broke it, I'll compensate you."

At this moment, Noah opened the door and came in. He had gone shopping just now.

"This is it."

The salesperson took it out and smiled warmly.

"Miss, you have good taste. This is the latest perfume we just launched in summer, and the price is 2000 dollars."

Doris looked at Greg. "Didn't you say you want to compensate me? Buy this."

Noah was slightly taken aback.

This MZ perfume looked precisely like the broken one, but that bottle only cost a few hundred dollars. Why was this one so expensive?

He remembered this fact because Doris urged him to give her some money to buy perfume.

"Doris, are you sure? I remember that bottle of perfume only cost a few hundred dollars."

The MZ perfume that Alice broke was actually a fake. Doris asked someone to buy it for her.

The salesperson also said, "Yes, sir. A genuine MZ perfume couldn't cost only a few hundred dollars unless it's a fake."

Noah looked at Doris. His expression changed, and he understood in an instant.

Greg had already discovered something wrong from their conversation.

Doris was stunned.

Was Greg crazy?

How could he buy a dozen of perfume like buying beer?

The salesperson looked at Greg.

Greg took out his card and handed it to the salesperson.

Doris even wanted to drag Noah away because she had almost expected that the other people in the store would think they were clowns when they found out that Greg had no money at all.

However, after entering the password, the printer started to print the invoice.

The payment was successful!

Everyone was stunned.
