After the event in the club, Avi took everyone home. Avi told the two Omegas to go to their rooms and wait for their Alphas. Kevin said goodnight as he went to his separate bedroom.

Avi waited for them all to be out of the living room, before he turned to Scott and smiled at him. "You did a great job today." He praised. Scott nodded. "Just protecting your pack." "Our pack." Avi corrected. Scott looked perplexed. "Our?" Avi nodded and smiled. "You've always been my second in command. But I think today's events have really proven your strength." Scott was suddenly filled with pride. Avi noticed and smiled before continuing. "I still want you to report to me before making any major decisions. But I trust you to care for our pack." "Thank you Avi. That means so much to me, you have no idea." "Of course. Go take care of Mitch. He's still reeling from earlier." Scott nodded and immediately walked quickly down the hall to he and Mitch's bedroom. First he stopped in Kirstin and Avi's room to tell her that Avi would be in shortly. He entered he and Mitch's shared room, and took in the condition that the omega was in.

Mitch was just sitting on the edge of the bed with a blank look on his face. Scott sat down next to him, and put a comforting hand on his leg. "How you doing, darling?" Mitch shrugged. "I'm alright. Thank you, again." Scott nodded, and Mitch set his head down on Scott's strong shoulder. "Of course." Mitch closed his eyes, and sighed. "Why don't we go to sleep, Mitchie? You've had a long day." Scott asked gently. Mitch nodded sleepily. "Yes please, sir." *****

Mitch woke up, and slunk out of Scott's grip. He walked into the kitchen, and smiled at Avi.

"Good morning, Alpha." Avi turned to look at him and smiled. "Morning. Where's Scott?" "Still asleep. Should I get him?" Mitch asked hurriedly. "No, no. Let him sleep." Mitch nodded and stood next to Avi in front of the stove. "Whatcha making?" "Kevin made it actually. He's just in the bathroom. Thank him when he comes out here." Avi commanded. "Yes, sir." Avi suddenly turned toward the hallway that lead to the bedrooms. "Kirstin is awake. I'll be back." He then headed toward his bedroom, and closed the door behind him. Kevin walked out of the bathroom then. He smiled at Mitch. "You hungry?" Mitch nodded and smiled. "Thank you for making breakfast." "Least I could do." Kevin grabbed a plate, and left it out for Scott to put Mitch's selective portions on it. Kevin sat down at the table, and Mitch sat next to him to wait for Scott. "Can I tell you something, Mitch?" Mitch nodded excitedly. "I.. I think I found a beta of my own.." Kevin said quietly. Mitch scooted forward in his chair. "You told me yesterday. I want to meet her! Does Avi know yet?" Kevin looked down at the table. "Not exactly." "What?! Oh no. Do you know what he'll do if he finds out??" Mitch asked frantically. Kevin was going to get in huge trouble. "Finds out what?" Avi suddenly said out of nowhere. Mitch gulped and looked towards the hallway. Both Scott and Avi stood in the entrance of the hall. Scott's arms crossed over his chest, and Avi leaned against the wall. "I asked you a question, Omega." Avi growled. Mitch instantly stood, held his hands behind his back and bowed his head in submission.

"Yes, sir. Kevin has something to tell you." Mitch said quietly. "Speak up when I talk to you, Omega." Avi said powerfully. "My sincerest apologies, Alpha. Kevin has something to tell you, sir." Mitch said again, louder. Avi gave him a curt nod. "Kevin?" Kevin stood, and made a brief eye contact with Mitch who was standing frozen in his submissive stance. Kevin turned. "Sir. I've.. I've recently come across a lovely Beta." Avi stepped forward. "When were you going to tell me?" Kevin's confidence faltered. "I.. Well. I was going to bring her over for dinner sometime this week." "You have to tell me about these things immediately. You know the rules. Did you tell Scott?" Avi questioned. "No, sir." Kevin replied. "Why not?" "I.. I don't know. I just didn't think of it at the time.." Kevin trailed off. "Unacceptable. Kevin I need to have a talk with you in private. And Mitch I'll deal with your situation afterwards. Actually.. Scott? Why don't you take care of it?" Avi said turning to Scott as Kevin walked down the hall. Scott nodded. "I'll do my best." "I know you will." Kevin walked into his room, and Avi followed. Scott turned to Mitch. "You'll eat after we talk about this, understand?" Mitch nodded. "Yes, sir." Scott nodded towards the hallway, and Mitch kept his head bowed as he walked into his room. Scott followed closely behind him, practically breathing down his neck.

Scott then closed the door behind them, and cleared his throat. He was a little nervous, but he wanted to do as well as Avi would. Mitch stood in his stance, and waited. "How long did you know about Kevin's secret?" Scott asked, circling around Mitch. "Two days." "Two days, what?"

"Two days, sir."

"Good boy. Now. Why didn't you tell one of your alphas about what you heard?" Scott questioned. "I.. He told me.. Kevin didn't want me to say anything. It wasn't my place to tell." Mitch fumbled over his words a bit, becoming increasingly more nervous under Scott's harsh gaze.

"Is Kevin in charge of you?" Scott asked with an eyebrow raised, as he continued to circle around the smaller boy. "No, sir. He is not." Mitch said confidently. "Who is in charge of you, Mitchell?" "Avi.." Mitch said, a little unsure. "Who else?" "You." Mitch stated. Scott stopped in front of him, and lifted Mitch's chin with two of his fingers. "Look at me for a second." Mitch let his eyes meet Scott's icy blue ones. "You know better, Omega. Don't you? You know better than to hold information from your Alphas. Correct?" Scott asked gently. "Yes, sir. I know better." Mitch answered. "Good. And you'll take your punishment like a good boy, won't you?" Mitch nodded. "You understand what you're being punished for?" Mitch nodded again.

"Use your words, Omega." Scott demanded. "Yes, Alpha. I understand what I'm being punished for. And I'm grateful for whatever you give me, as it will teach me a lesson." Mitch recited. He remembered how this used to go with Avi. Scott was no different. Except that he was truly, madly, deeply in love with this Alpha. *****
