Chapter 3 Chapter 3 I'm Pregnant With Your Child

With resentment, Cindy put her arms around the man's neck and kissed him deeply.

Fletcher was a normal man in his 30s. He had a strong sexual desire. How could he resist the temptation of a beautiful little fairy?

He held her with one hand and kissed her passionately.

He picked up the divorce agreement on the coffee table with the other hand and threw it into the drawer. Then he picked up Cindy's whole petite body and walked upstairs as he kissed her.

Cindy was too thin, and the man held her easily as if she were a pendant.

When she was put onto the bed, she realized that she should not be like this.

She was pregnant! What if she had a miscarriage?

Seeing Fletcher leaning closer to her, Cindy hurriedly raised her hand to push his chest.

At this time, Fletcher did not care about her resistance and insisted on leaning over to kiss her.

Cindy knew what would happen next. She could not allow Fletcher to mess around, so she hurriedly shouted.

"Fletcher, don't be like this. I am not feeling too well. Let's stop here today, OK?"

"Too late."

The man's voice was low and hoarse. He was about to take the next step when Cindy hurriedly pushed him away and sat up.

Fletcher looked at her in confusion.

"What do you mean?"

She was clearly the one who aroused the desire in him, but now she was hiding!

"I ... I'm on my period," Cindy said evasively.

Fletcher was silent for a while as if he was calculating the time of her period.

It seemed that it was on these days.

He suddenly felt a little disappointed and said unhappily, "Don't flirt with me like this next time you have a period."

What was he going to do now?

He had to go to the bathroom to quench his desire.

After getting off the bed, Fletcher strode to the bathroom.

Cindy looked at his back and breathed a sigh of relief. It was so dangerous. She almost lost her mind just now.

But since Fletcher did not resist her approach, did it prove that her beg was effective?

Thinking of this, Cindy hurriedly got up and went to the cloakroom to change into pajamas.

She also took a set of pajamas and placed it at the door of the bathroom and said to the man inside, "Fletcher, your pajamas are here."

"Yes."

Cindy sat on the bed and waited for the man in the bathroom.

About ten minutes later, Fletcher came out of the bathroom, wearing gray satin pajamas. He looked very noble.

Cindy forced herself not to think about what had happened before and stood up by the bed and stretched her arms to the man. "Hug me!"

Fletcher did not refuse. He stepped forward and clasped her whole body to his waist. His expression was gentle, and his tone was much gentler.

"Have you cooled down?"

Cindy shook her head proudly and lay on his shoulder without saying a word.

Fletcher really felt like he was holding a child. He weighed her and said, "Did you lose more weight? Why are you so light?"

"You made me angry, so I lost weight." She pouted and complained.

Fletcher frowned and narrowed his eyes at her.

"Then I really deserve to die. Are you hungry now? Do you want me to go down and get Carly to make you something to eat?"

Cindy nodded, feeling a little aggrieved.

The man patted her back and was about to carry her downstairs when his phone on the bedside table suddenly rang.

He held the "pendant" on his body in his arms and walked back to the bedside to pick up his phone to take a look.

Cindy also saw the caller ID on the screen. It was Cecelia Linney.

The next second, she saw Fletcher holding her with one hand and pressing the answer key with the other in front of her.

Since she was lying on Fletcher's shoulder, she could clearly hear the woman's pitiful voice asking for help over the phone.

"Fletcher, I accidentally sprained my ankle. I'm alone at home. Can you come and help me?"

"Okay, I'll be right there." Fletcher did not refuse.

After hanging up the phone, he put the girl back on the bed.

Cindy suddenly lost her temper. She held him tight and asked angrily, "Who is it? Is it the woman you want to marry?"

Fletcher did not deny it. "Yes!"

When Cindy heard this, she felt a suffocating pain in her heart.

She tried hard to suppress the anger in her heart and asked, "Are you sure you want to go?"

"Yes."

"Then what if I won't allow you to go?"

"Cindy, don't make a fuss." Fletcher was a little helpless.

"Are you kidding me? You are my husband. But you want to keep another woman company!"

She wanted to see whether he dared to walk out of this house.

She wasn't a pushover even though she was young.

Fletcher pursed his thin lips, and his handsome face was obviously cold.

"Cindy, who gave you the courage to talk to me like this?"

Seeing Fletcher suddenly become fierce, Cindy felt a little guilty.

But she was just unwilling.

"Anyway, I won't let you go. If you dare to leave, you'll regret it."

Fletcher obviously did not want to say more and insisted on changing his clothes and leaving.

Cindy saw that he was getting changed and thought that he would definitely leave.

She suddenly became very anxious and lowered her posture helplessly, begging him, "Fletcher, don't leave, don't leave me behind. I can deliver a baby for you."

Fletcher changed his clothes and stood in front of the girl, looking down at her with a cold aura.

"Cindy, the person I want to marry is back. She should be Mrs. Lynd. You are not."

The pain instantly spread all over her body as if she was hit head-on.

Especially her bloody heart, which was twitching in pain.

She sat there and looked at the man in front of her in despair. "Do you love her very much? Is she more important than me in your heart?"

"We must divorce." He did not answer her directly.

"Why?"

Cindy did not understand why this man could be so heartless.

Was their half-year love really fake?

Were all the good memories that he had once left her fake?

Cindy didn't believe him. Tears suddenly filled her eyes, and she asked him to stay again.

"If I were pregnant with your child, would you still divorce me and marry her? No matter what I do, you will leave me, right?"

Fletcher really couldn't bear to see her in tears.

He avoided her gaze expressionlessly and said in a low voice.

"I will marry her, but I won't abandon you. If you encounter any difficulties in the future, I will still help you."

"Who cares..."

Cindy cried and shouted at him.

"Either we live a good life, don't betray each other, or we become strangers. Just pretend we never met.

"In your world, she and I can't coexist."

Fletcher had lost his patience.

He coldly said, "Up to you."

He slammed the door and left resolutely.

Cindy looked at his disappearing back and shouted, "Fletcher, Fletcher, come back to me."

But no matter how much she shouted, Fletcher still left.

Cindy collapsed on the bed, her heart aching so much that it seemed like it was bleeding.

Why was it like this?

She was his lawful wife now, and they were clearly recognized by the law.

Why did he abandon her to meet someone else?

Even if he wanted to marry that woman in the future and might not leave her any dignity, they had not divorced yet.

Lying on the bed, Cindy felt like she had fallen into a bottomless abyss. All the fear and danger swarmed toward her.

She was extremely afraid.

She curled up at the head of the bed all night and trembled, and her mind went blank.

The next morning, she went downstairs in a dispirited mood and returned to school alone.

It was Monday, and she had a few classes to attend.

Even if their marriage was unfortunate, she still needed to study hard.

Cindy had a hard day until all the classes were over. She looked down to check the phone in her hand. There were still no messages from the man.

One classmate said to her, "Cindy, let's go to the canteen to have dinner."

Cindy got up and left with her classmate.

Just as she was halfway there, a girl ran up to her and asked, "Are you Cindy?"

"What's the matter?" Cindy nodded.

"Someone is waiting for you at the school gate. He wants you to hurry over."
