Chapter 5 the feelings

The atmosphere at the Islamic boarding school returned to life after a period of reconciliation. However, an unexpected incident occurred when Ustadz Rafi's younger brother, named Irfan, arrived at the Islamic boarding school. Irfan is a student who has just joined this Islamic boarding school.

Sara, who was walking in the Islamic boarding school yard, accidentally bumped into Irfan who was also walking hastily. Sara's bag was thrown, and her books were scattered on the ground.

Irfan: (awkwardly) "Sorry, I didn't mean to."

Sara: (annoyed) "It's okay. But, can you be more careful?"

Irfan: "That's right, that's right. I'm really sorry."

Even though the incident seemed trivial, the first interaction between Sara and Irfan gave a new color to the Islamic boarding school. Irfan, who had just arrived, tried to mingle and create good relationships with other students, including Sara.

A few days later, Irfan decided to apologize more formally to Sara.

Irfan: "I want to sincerely apologize for what happened, Sara. I didn't mean to disturb you."

Sara: "No problem, Irfan. Everyone can make mistakes. Let's just start from the beginning."

From there, the relationship between Sara and Irfan began to grow. Irfan tries to adapt to the Islamic boarding school environment, while Sara helps introduce him to everyday life there. This is an opportunity for Sara to forget the tension that has occurred and focus on more positive things at the Islamic boarding school.

One day, Sara decided to memorize it which was part of the punishment given by Ustadz Rafi. He came to Ustadz Rafi's parents' house without knowing that Irfan, a student he had just met at the Islamic boarding school, was there. It turns out, Irfan is the younger brother of Ustadz Rafi.

Sara: (knocking on the door gently) "Assalamualaikum, Father, Mother. I have come to deposit the memorization that Ustadz Rafi gave as punishment."

Mr. Ustadz Rafi: "Waalaikumsalam, Sara. Please come in."

When Sara entered the house, she saw Irfan sitting in the living room, making her feel shocked.

Sara: (awkwardly) "Assalamualaikum, Irfan."

Irfan: "Waalaikumsalam, Sara. How are you?"

Sara: "Okay, thanks. I didn't know you were here too."

Ustadz Rafi's mother: "Sara, don't hesitate to sit down. Do you want to drink or eat something?"

Sara: "No, thank you, ma'am. I just came to deposit memorization."

Meanwhile, Ustadz Rafi came out of his study after hearing the conversation.

Ustadz Rafi: "Sara, how is your memorization?"

Sara: "I'm ready, Ustadz."

Ustadz Rafi: "Okay, let's see."

Sara demonstrated her memorization with full concentration. In between assessments, Irfan listened attentively.

Ustadz Rafi: "Your memorization is good, Sara. Continue to increase your practice."

Sara: "Thank you, Ustadz."

After finishing, Sara left Ustadz Rafi's house with a sense of relief. It turned out that Ustadz Rafi's house was not only a place to complete his sentence, but also a place where an unexpected meeting with Ustadz Rafi's family member, namely Irfan, could occur. This meeting brought new nuances to the dynamics of the relationship between them, and Sara felt that she knew the Islamic boarding school environment better as a close-knit family.

After Sara left her house, Ustadz Rafi sat in the living room with Irfan. Seeing this incident, Ustadz Rafi started asking his younger brother.

Ustadz Rafi: "Irfan, how do you know Sara?"

Irfan: "Brother, I just found out that Sara is a student at our Islamic boarding school. We met at the Islamic boarding school, and she came to deposit memorization."

Ustadz Rafi: "Oh, I see. What is your impression of him?"

Irfan: "He seems like a good and diligent person. I haven't interacted with him much, but he seems serious about his studies."

Ustadz Rafi: "Okay, as long as you interact politely and maintain ethical norms at the Islamic boarding school, it's no problem. Islamic boarding school is a place where we all learn and grow together."

Irfan: "I will try to integrate better, Brother."

Ustadz Rafi: "Good. Let's maintain harmony in the Islamic boarding school, including in interactions between fellow students."

This conversation reflects Ustadz Rafi's role as an Islamic boarding school leader who cares about relationships between students. Irfan: "Of course, Brother. We are just friends and help each other with our studies at the Islamic boarding school."

Sara: "That's right, Ustadz. There's nothing to worry about."
