Chapter 4 Disgusting future Queen..

Ramos kept his face neutral as he and his parents approached the corner where the cabinet members and their families usually sat.

There was some kind of commotion as they approached as voices could be heard:

"Oh fuck! could you not watch what you're doing?" A lady yells.

"Am sorry my lady,it won't happen again"

"Of course it won't,Dad I want her fired"

"no, please my lady,my whole family is relying on me of I get fired I won't be able to provide for them nor get food on the table"

"You should have thought of that when you decided to throw a cup of hot coffee on me"

"Am sorry ma'am"

At this point in time Ramos finally arrived at the scene and gets to see the faces of the people causing commotion.

"Your majesties" They all bow.

Looking around Ramos could tell there was about a total of twelve Elders seated down with their families.

"What is going on my dear?" Queen Padanaram asks the maid.

"Your majesty,she poured a cup of hot coffee on me" The other lady says.

"I apologise on her behalf,she is my worker so her incompetency should be blamed on me" The Queen says.

"No your Highness, it's okay am not the least annoyed" The lady pretends.

"That's great,I could already see you'd make a great Queen"

The lady smiles acting all innocent as the King turns to talk to the Cabinet members.

"Son,this should be Amelia and that her father" She gestures to the Elder talking to the King.

"It's nice to meet you my prince" She says shyly.

Ramos was already disgusted by her acting. She had no idea they didn't work on him the slightest bit.

He nods not withstanding of his thoughts on her attitude and drama.

"You both should take a walk while I talk her mother as you see her father is busy with the King" Queen Padanaram says.

"Okay, please do greet Elder Zadok for me" Ramos says leading Amelia out of the throne room as guards walk behind them but keeping their distance.

"I hear we are set to be engaged?" Ramos asks.

"Yes,and probably get married" She says.

Ramos could feel bile rising in is throat at the thought of marrying her. Who even said he would marry her if they where engaged?

Stupid bitch.

"Yeah,did you study in college?"

"I did not My prince,since I was young I've been trained and busy training to be Queen" Amelia says.

So now he was going to have an illiterate as Wife and Queen. Disgusting.

As they walked down to the garden they noticed a carriage stop at the gates of the castle.

Everyone knew that only the Witches still used carriage at this modern age but no one believed they would arrive this late.

Ramos halts as he watched the butler open up the carriage for the witches to come out.

They where ladies.

Probably sent by the men and elderly people to cover the event since they had better things to do that attending the ball.

Ramos had already began to think the better things they had to do was kidnap people.

"Let's go back to the hall" Ramos says stiffly.

"So soon?" Amelia asks.

He doesn't reply but instead start heading back in the direction they had just come in.

Once they entered the hall they say the Witches in the front paying respect to the King and Queen with Princess Leah by the side eagerly waiting to converse with them.

Ramos had a bad feeling about it,he didn't want his sister around them because he didn't trust them but he decided to let her have fun this one night,if only he knew.

At the ending of the party the Princess along with the Witches where no where to be seen.
