Chapter 4 The Monster

Diana flinched as the glass left her hand and crashed on the floor. As she looked at the man before her, she begin to ponder for a moment if it is Sebastian.

He was putting on a long black robe, his hands behind his back and his eyes glinted as he stared at the broken glass on the floor, then at her.

"How dare you be so clumsy?" He asked but Diana could hardly pay attention to him as she went on admiring his status.

He looked so young, but heavily built. His arms were so huge like a warrior and she was pretty sure they'd display some veins if it weren't for the clothes he was putting on.

His hair was curly and flopped over his left eye. His face looked calm, cold, but pretty dangerous and damn! He was dangerous!!

"Elliotl!" He called out, and a well built man came rushed in immediately.

"My Lord!" He bowed in Infront of the man. Diana needed no one to tell her that, that's her supposed husband.

Sebastian trialed her eyes at Elliot, then back at Diana. "Who is this woman?"

Eliot glanced at Diana, before giving an answer in the soothing way he could.. "She's... she's the princess, My Lord! She's your bride."

"My Lord?" Diana said within. "He's addressed as my Lord. Then it's confirmed that he's the one. But why is there a blood stain on his dress?" Diana raised her brows.

"Nobody told me she is dumb." He said in an icy tone and Diana gasped.

"What?! I'm not... I'm not dumb." she said quickly, wanting to clear the air.

Sebastian gaze darkened as he begin to take some steps closer to her. Diana wanted to shift background, but unfortunately she couldn't move her legs.

"Why did you ignore my questions, and why did you mess with my things?" He asked, standing so close to her and staring into her eyes.

Diana used the opportunity to stare closely at his eyes as well, they were so dark but beautiful. And when it became too much for her to handle, she lowered her gaze down to the floor.

"It's.......it's a mistake. I didn't mean to break it. And again, you're the cause of it, because if you didn't scare me that way, it wouldn't have happen."

Sebastian fist his hands and put his lips in his mouth, trying to conceal his anger. and hand itched from his back where they rested. Something strong in his guts wanted him to lift them and strike her face, or get hold of her jaws and clench it roughly. How dare she ruined his thing and have the gut to accuse him of being the cause of it?

"Elliot!" He called in a low growl and Axel hurried up to stand beside him.

"Yes, My Lord" he bowed again.

Sebastian eyes didn't leave Diana's face the whole time as he stared blankly at her. "Get this lady out of my sight"

He said in a commanding tone and Eliot rushed to Diana's side and took hold of her arm, ready to led her out.

"Hold on.." Diana arched her brows. "I thought we were getting married? Wait a minute, have you canceled the wedding? You want me to go back home?"

Sebastian didn't say a word but kept staring at her, and Eliot is the only one who understood he was trying so hard to control himself.

"Erm...come on,my princess. We need to leave now. Come on." He dragged her away forcefully but calmly, till they finally left his chambers.

" Goodness!" Diana exclaimed. "Do you think he's rejected me?" She asked ecstatically but the guard shook his head.

"Hey, talk to me!"

"He's not rejected you, my princess." Eliot replied and Diana frown in disappointment.

" Why?" She blurted out and Eliot glanced at her in surprise. " My princess?"

" It's alright. Let's not talk about it." She said and glanced around.

They walked for a long time until they got to another chamber.There was practically everything in it. A bed, wardrobe, makeup table and a mirror, chairs, decorations. The entire place was quite big and capacious.

"This would be your room." Eliot told her as he let of her arm and she took a good look around.

"Hmm. It's not looking bad though." she said in her head as she nodded repeatedly like a lizard, running her eyes around the room.

" I'll take my leave now, my princess." Eliot said and made to walk away, but Diana grabbed his arm quickly, stopping him from moving.

" I have something to ask you." She paused and tried to observe his reaction.

" Okay, I'm listening."

" Ummm..... I just....I just wanna know why his dress is bloody like that. Did he get into a fight with someone?" She asked.

"I'm sorry, my princess. I can't tell you what happened. But to be frank with you, my master is a very impatient man. He has a short temper and gets very angry too easily.

Earlier in his room, it took him a lot not to hurt you, and I wouldn't ever want that to happen, my Princess. So, I'll advise you to avoid things that'd upset him."

With that, Eliot walked away. And before Diana could say, " jack" he's out already.

" What.....what does he mean by that?" She asked herself, trying to ponder on Eliot's words again. " Well, whatever! if any one of you try to upset me, I won't hesitate to unleash my anger on that person."
