The path to Midnight Mansion was treacherous, winding through the woods, but Sarah's years of detective work had honed her intuition. She followed the eerie glow of lanterns, which led her to the grand entrance of the mansion. The imposing structure was an architectural marvel, with its sprawling gardens, ivy-covered walls, and gothic spires. It was a place that seemed out of time.

Inside, the mansion was dimly lit, and the guests were an eclectic mix of individuals who appeared to be from different eras. Sarah's eyes scanned the room, taking in the peculiar gathering. Among the attendees was an inventor in Victorian attire, a flapper from the Roaring Twenties, a 1950s detective, and a cyberpunk hacker from the future.
