A young, demonically handsome man removed his tie and threw it away. He was wearing a formal custom-made black designer suit that made him look like someone would keep a safe distance from him.

CHASE Daniel Miller was annoyed as he paced left and right in the company's C.E.O. chamber waiting for his father.

"What in the hell does dad want this time?", Chase asked as he looked at the other man with Onyx eyes.

"I don't know myself, brother but Uncle Arjun and Uncle Neil are at Uncle Davis's house with Dad and Mom", Zane, Chase's younger brother said as his voice sounded very playful.

Chase looked puzzled as he got new information from his brother. Zane didn't mind Chase's reaction and settled himself on the couch at his favorite spot.

"What are you munching and that too in my cabin?", Chase asked him when he saw that Zane wasn't leaving him alone and also started eating in the office.

"Oh! My Apologies, Your Majesty! These are butter popcorn", Zane was in a good mood and was very excited and his excitement was twinkling in his Onyx eyes.

Zane adjusted the box of popcorn on his lap and got himself ready for the big drama. He was just waiting for the presence of his father and also knew why all the seniors were together.

Chase glared at his younger brother who was a month younger than Nishma. Zane rolled his eyes at his brother's glares.

"By the way, Nishu is alone in India", Zane spoke and grinned cheekily.

But Chase's eyes hardened in anger and his glares turned very demonic. That glare was so intense and menacing that it could give one involuntary shudder but it was unavailing on his brother.

Chase's eyes burned with something and that something was - 'Nishma and Her Devilish attitude'.

Chase felt an urge to kick the ass of his younger brother but he suppressed his desire and chose to ignore that younger demon for now.

"Koohu's exams went very well", Chase poked his nerves as well and Zane shivered slightly at the mention of Arika (Koohu) who just cleared her tenth board exam.

All playfulness Zane flew away due to the dangerous coldness in Chase's tone that prevented Zane from further taunting him as he originally planned to do.

Zane silently sat at his spot and Chase suddenly looked at him and asked, "What are you even doing here? Not in your college?".

Chase's expressions were strange and Zane just shrugged off his shoulder and continued to play with the butter popcorn box.

"Where is Dad?", Chase was impatient and he just wanted to get over with his father as soon as possible. There were so many meetings appending.

"Brother Chill, Dad will come soon. You know that he is getting old now", Zane said and again grinned like a fool.

"Does that old man not know that I had to postpone so much work just for him and his sudden call to meet me?", Chase continued to complain looking disgruntled.

Zane smirked evilly when he felt a strong cold aura coming into the cabin.

"Who are you calling an old man? You little Demons"

And yes, Zane was correct. Both Chase and Zane looked at the serious yet mildly playful, familiar voice coming from the doorstep of the office.

A man in his early fifties stepped into the office. He didn't look old at all. There were only a few strands of white in his hair. A firm and bulky build up and the man still looked Demonically handsome for his age. He had an aura of authority and severity around him that one could tell that CHASE had inherited his exceptional aura from this man named 'DANIEL XAVIER MILLER'.

Chase faced his father and slightly bowed his head 'like a nod' and greeted with respect, "Dad"

Meanwhile, Zane opened his popcorn pack and murmured, "It's going to get started"

*Spak*

A bundle of newspapers and magazines landed on Chase's head but Zane was in a relaxed mood because he knew the reason for his father's anger and that was entertaining for him.

Chase was stunned and picked up the newspaper. He unfolded the newspaper and headlines caught his eyes with a picture. He immediately got an intense headache and quietly stood in his place.

Daniel gave an impression of grave seriousness and both Chase and Zane could not help but feel suffocated in Daniel's overbearing presence. Both were silent and mindful of their actions and speech in front of their father.

However, suddenly, Daniel broke the serious environment and spoke in full anger while staring at his two demonic head sons.

"Dad!", Chase looked at Daniel and tried to explain himself but Daniel shook his head negatively at him.

"Don't make such an innocent face. It can only work on your mother but not on me", Daniel angrily spoke.

Chase pouted and Zane continued to munch his popcorn, enjoying the live show.

"Chasey, Have I ever stopped you or your brother from anything? We never interfere in your dating life as well?", Daniel said and Zane's ears perked up at the mention of his name.

"Has your mother ever forced you two in anything?", Daniel was disappointed in both of his sons.

'Dad! Why are you dragging me into this drama?', Zane thought and harshly crushed popcorn under his teeth.

"Chasey! Look what you did this time. We always supported you. Even Aashmaan gave her permission to court her daughter then why this? Why are you ruining our friendship with Neil and corrupting the name of our family, blood, and Kingdom?", Daniel spoke and breathed deeply.

Daniel felt bad when Neil and Arjun both saw the colorful headlines of Chase with a model.

Chase stared at the picture of himself and a blond model coming out of a nightclub, claiming that they were in a relationship and already engaged.

Chase crushed the newspaper lifted his head and blinked severally. It was his innocent Chasey-baby look but Daniel shook his head negatively and then looked at Zane.

"Very long speech, poor Almighty King", Zane was enjoying the drama but his happiness didn't last long.

"Zane will only marry Koohu but only when Koohu will be ready to marry him", Daniel exaggerated his speech and deliberately dragged Zane into it.

Daniel liked Nishma and Arika. They were his friend's daughter and he saw them growing up in a beautiful lady but his sons disappointed him.

Zane was flabbergasted at the sudden twist of the plot. The drama was only started then how it turned and pointed at him.

"Dad! Nish never appreciates my efforts", Chase pouted sadly and complained to his father.

"Like your mother ever did to me", Daniel replied and Chase and Zane, both knew what their father meant by saying this.

"I thought after that dance at Ansh's wedding. Everything would be perfect in your life but no I was wrong", Daniel felt ashamed when he faced Neil and Aashmaan.

Chase took a deep breath and said, "Dad! I'm not in a relationship with any girl. I'll sue this newspaper and that reporter who wrote this".

Zane fell from the couch after hearing Chase's words and thought, 'Elder Demon, stick with your words'.

Daniel looked suspiciously at Chase and asked, "What are you saying is true?"

Chase nodded his head immediately like a kid and said, "Yes Dad. It's true".

"Okay, Then go to India and clear everything with Nishu and if she acts still the same then after that you are free to get in a relationship with anyone of your choice. We, your father and your mother won't interfere in your matters", Daniel stated calmly to Chase.

Everyone knew how Nishma behaved around Chase but why? No one knew the reason behind her arrogance and rough attitude which was why there was no progress in Chase's story.

"I'll talk to Neil and Aashmaan on this matter", Daniel spoke and left the office.

Zane stared widely at Chase and asked, "Isn't she your girlfriend? I forgot her name but you were the one who accepted that model and her clinginess. She became your girlfriend after coming back from Brother Ansh's wedding and even Brother Ansh and Brother Shaurya know about her too".

"Mind your own business", Chase's voice was deep and angry while remembering Nishma's heartless moves.

"Hmph! Brother you are free to be with any girl because Nishu will never accept you", Zane spoke and threw the pack of popcorn in the dustbin.

Chase moved towards Zane. His steps were threatening. Zane stood firmly in front of him and both demons glared deeply at each other's eyes.

"Why?", Chase's voice was low like a whisper. It was a simple question but its answer could change his life.

Chase's peep brown orbs clashed with Zane's Onyx orbs and at last Zane answered "Ask your Nish".

His answer was not Chase's expectation and in anger he blurted out some words that would surely hurt both of them.

"If I won't get Nish then you'll never get Koohu (Arika/Arjun's daughter) as well", Chase threatened him and Zane stiffened by his words.

"I'm already in a relationship", Zane threw water on Chase's dreams but Chase knew about the heart of his brother.
