Chapter 2 A CRUCIAL WARNING

MARILYN'S POV

The events of the evening were splendid as the entire family had an extraordinarily delicious dinner made by I and Fredrick seemed to be immensely impressed with my cooking.

He kept creating a lot of jokes about me and teasing me at the dinner table that i got so red and literally exploded right before them.

My brother and mom had laughed about it and all felt too warmed up to the charming new dad who knew just how to get into everyone's mood.

Still, throughout the meal, i felt immensely inconvenient.

Without exaggerating, he had spent completely the entire dinner staring relentlessly at me and that made me feel so awkward and unusual at the table.

I was extremely happy when the dinner was finally over and everyone dispersed to bed.

I didn't go straight to bed.

I went out of the house to the front porch to relax and take in the cool night breeze.

The time was just a few minutes after eight.

I sighed and took out my favorite novel to pass the time and relax as well.

I also had this habit because my friendly, cute neighbor crush also comes out at night to relax in the family car parked at the front of their house.

I usually battled with herself every single night about going to meet him at making up small talk but always failed.

I didn't know why i doesn't have the balls to approach a guy not talk about bringing up a discussion.

I sighed as i watched the glowing light emanating from the tinted window of the car.

If only i could just walk up to the car and knock on the window.....

"What are you still doing up awake here?"

That soft silk voice distracted me from my thoughts and i turned to see Fredrick staring at me from the front door. OH SHIT!

I blinked rapidly and chuckled.

"Hey Dad. Uhh.... sorry. I was reading. I don't usually sleep early every night. I come here to read and then maybe take in some little air before going to sleep...."

He chuckled.

"You don't have to explain everything to me."

He said with a sigh and shut the door before approaching me.

"I am actually here just for the same reason."

He said and i chuckled nervously.

"Similar characteristics huh?"

I muttered with a chuckle without looking at him and he glanced at me as i looked ahead of me nervously.

Damn, I could feel his gaze tearing me apart.

FREDRICK'S POV

Jeez.

Why the hell did she just have to be so beautiful than her mom.

And she's......she's a grown woman.

I watched her bite her lips nervously and gulped.

How I ached to bite that pink lip.

I felt my crotch harden and swallowed.

Jeez.

No lady has ever made me hard this way in a long while without even touching her.

I admired her plump little full breasts which were obviously naked beneath the silk red night gown she wore.

I could swear i saw the shape of her nipples against the fabric.

I shook his head and looked away. WHAT THE HECK!!!! I shouldn't be thinking these sorts of thoughts about her. She's too young for that and after all, her mom is my wife now. I glanced at her and took a deep breath when the silence became unbearable.

"Why are you so reserved?"

I asked and she turned to me flashing me the most beautiful innocent green eyes i have ever seen.

"Uhhh..... am I?"

She asked and i chuckled.

"Yes. You are. Obviously."

"Oh. I didn't....."

"Yeah you don't know. That's what you are about to say huh?"

She swallowed and looked away.

"I am uhh....I just.....I just....."

"Is there something you are harboring in your mind about me?"

I asked and noticed her gulped.

She turned to me.

"What? No. No. Why will you think that?"

"You didn't seem able to take your eyes away from me ever since the moment I stepped in."

MARILYN'S POV

I blinked.

WHAT?!!!

I gritted my teeth at him.

IS THIS GUY KIDDING ME?

IS HE NOW TRYING TO PIN The ENTIRE THING ON ME?

I took a deep breath.

"You should watch what you are saying because I am the one who actually had to bear the entire evening of you staring at me like I am some pop quiz for you to solve."

He laughed softly.

"I was staring at you? Look at you already being a big dreamer to yourself. What interest could I possibly have in you? You are not even good looking to start with."

I felt my heart fall as he said that.

"I was actually looking at you because I was trying to get your attention to stop staring at me but each time I tried, you just looked away so it seemed to you like I was staring at you."

I gulped.

"But I didn't......"

"I know you will definitely try to defend yourself but there is nothing to defend in this. Be careful about your actions. I don't want my wife to come after and take me as a cheat."

"But I don't......"

"You obviously do young lady. Keep yourself at arms length away from me. Do not ever try to come in contact with me or do anything stupid because you will definitely not like me."

I bit my lip and sighed deeply before turning my gaze ahead of me.

"I don't know what I did to you to make you even think I will want to approach my mom's husband. I am not that stupid. Maybe it's you who should watch what you are doing because nobody brought up this topic and I totally didn't have anything of this sort in my mind."

He glared at me and i gulped.

"Are you talking back at me?"

I immediately shook my head. "No. No. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. I am sorry."

"You had better be. This is your final warning. Stop staring at me like I am your boyfriend. The next time it happens, I will definitely report this to your mom."

I looked at him stunned.

This is actually more serious than i thought.

I felt my temper climbing but decided to keep my cool. I looked away from him and folded my arms.

What a sudden twist...

"Do you get me?"

He asked and i bit my lip trying so hard to contain the fury brewing within me.

I didn't reply.

He glared at me.

"Aren't you listening to me?"

I didn't reply.

"Are you now deaf?"

"I would like to be left alone Mr Frederick."

I said abruptly and he glanced at me.

He chuckled.

'So now you are mad at me because I said you shouldn't approach me?"

I immediately turned to him.

"You know, you are the one who is really really full of himself. What in heaven's name is making you think I had a single dime of interest in you? What is making you think I ever want to come close to you? What the hell do you take me for?"

FREDRICK'S POV

I gulped as she poured out her anger on me and i found myself growing hard.

Shit.

Her fury was so sexy and alluring.

I swallowed trying so hard to brace myself and not lose this battle with her.

"Now you are yelling at me? Don't you have some respect?"

"I only have respect for those who have respect for my views and perception, not idle accusers like you. Look. It's alright. I now completely get where the hell you are driving at. I won't ever get in your way again. Now leave me alone. I was getting busy before you came here to ruin my fun. I don't even want to see you close to me again. What kind of father are you?"

I glared at her and sighed.

"Such a stubborn child."

I muttered and she glared back at me with stunning beautiful furious green eyes. OH. MY. GOD.

"Hell yeah. I am stubborn. I agree. Now leave me the fuck alone. Get out of my life. Shoo. Scram!!"

I watched her with disbelief as she freed all the pent up fury within her and finally laid her head on her laps probably to get me out of her view.

I chuckled and stood.

"As you wish Marilyn."

I said and walked back into the house.

MARILYN'S POV

I took a deep breath and raised my head brushing my hair backwards with my fingers.

What the crap??!!!!

Who the hell does this guy think he is?

What is his purpose anyway?

I took a deep breath and made up my mind to keep away from him as far as possible.

Such a silly stupid fool he is.

Yes.

I agree that i had a little admiration for his beauty when he came but that didn't mean i wanted to screw him.

Jeez.

I couldn't believe he tried to pin the whole thing on me like i was seducing him or something.

I had actually thought that he would be a good dad but his attitude right now had ruined everything.

I detested him now to the core and decided i will do everything within my power to avoid him..

He is so not fit to be my father.
