Good morning student"with that she started distribution a photocopied sheet of paper to everyone.

Tear out a shit of paper every one we are writing test now"Mrs Kim announced.

Every eyes widened" What.....!! a test?"every body exclaimed some where shivering.

Yes we are writing a test, to know if you all are reading as you are supposed to as the final year students.

The test is gonna take 1hour "she said.

I'm really not that nervous, I could remember yesterday I gat the feelings, my inner mind was telling me to read, I was disturbed even when I wanted to take stroll, the feeling kept on ringing inside of me.

I had no choice but to bring out my note and text book and start reading, now this is the result of my reading.

I glanced at Denise and Cindy they were having that unexpected looks.

I went through the questions they looks very cheap, the question are combined with all the whole subjects we have been taking so far

Like two questions from each subjects all together.

Wtf, what's wrong with these teachers, why giving us an emergency test, no students were ever informed, is not like if I got informed about it I would read, but they would have made it known"I said to my self"

I'm not that brilliant, I glanced at the questions my head started spinning like they are very hard to answer.

I looked at my boyfriend Liam and my two best friends, Audrey was chewing gum, while Amy was writing.

No matter how bitchy Amy acts, one thing is that she is intelligent more than Audrey and I, I could see the way her hand is moving very fast, seems she finds the questions cheap.

And when I looked and Derek and co, Derek is writing same way Amy was writing, while Cindy and Denise are contemplating on what to write.

I shrugged I have no choice but to write what ever that comes my head.

immediately is one hour Mrs Kim collected our script walking out of class.

Good day students here are you script they are marked,but I could say am highly disappointed in some of you, majority of you failed wovely, only few made me proud.

She gave us back our script.

Only two students made me more proud and those students are Amy Lawrence and Derek Flames.

Please both of you should meet me after lunch"she said living the class.

I was very happy I passed my test I started crossing checking them I got 95/100

Wow "I exclaimed.

Denise snatched my script from me looking at it in awe, all the students turned their gaze to me.

Oh my God I got 93/10 Amy exclaimed rejoicing.

So that means Dereks got the highest mark wow"every body exclaimed.

Mine is 50/100" Cindy said.

So you guys got 50/100 each" I asked and the both nodded, atleast if you are being rated it will be 3 out of 5(credit),you just have to improve more okay"I assured them.

Mine was 35/100 I said to them showing off my result to them.

Ok ok we won't laugh again but it's funny,but Amy how come you got 93/100"I asked her inquisitively.

Nothing much just that I read in the midnight,I always make out time for my self to read.

You mean you wake up every night to read,you are doing well"Audrey said.

That's just it,the habits was formed when I was still in grade four my dad always wake me up to read in the midnight so is now part of me"she replied.

I nodded,in thought I could remember Derek having the highest score wow.

Every body assemblied just as the principal said.

So as I was saying earlier today,their is a competition coming up in two weeks time,and that was the main reason the test was conducted today,so we will be able to choose.

But am happy two student from the final year class made me proud.

Those students are to come to my office before dismissal with Mrs Kim,their is something I will like to discuss with you,you may now go for lunch"the principal finished her speech.

After lunch Amy and I went to Mrs Kim's office from their going to the principal's office.

So you are the two student who got the highest scores right"the principal said.

We both nodding.

May I know your names" she pointed at Amy,your name?

I'm Derek Flames" I answered when she pointed at me.

Good,just like I said earlier the competition is coming in two weeks time,so you both are to have a private class to learn,for now you won't stay in class untill the test is over.

Mrs Kim take them to class and tutor them on how to go about it"she told her, dismissing us.

We followed Mrs Kim going to our private class.

We reached the class we were memorized with it,you will see a table at the center and two sits for us.it looks classy.

So this is your new class for two weeks, when you comes to school,bear in mind this is where you will study"Mrs Kim said before walking out,we weren't paying attention to her at all,all my focus was on the class.

After checking it out, we closed it back,by now the school have dismissed,so without waisting much time I started going home
