Chapter 5 Bellona Be his wife

'Save me! Someone, save me! Please... ' That sudden rush of the car towards her, Bellona was scouring for something near her hand.

As if she was in agony. Her palms and forehead were sweating when she was breathing heavily.

Unexpectedly Bellona got up and sat on the bed still inhaling and exhaling heavily. 'So, it was a dream. ' She muttered and wiped off the sweat over her forehead.

Resting her head at the back of the bed she glanced at the roof. It almost got her freaked out. For a second, she thought she was about to die and there was nobody to save her. Bellona was still getting fresh air in her lungs when she noticed something strange.

"Where am I?" She was shocked to see the surroundings. A magnificent room as if it was adorned in accordance with one's injunction. Perfect and elegant.

Bellona remembered how she crashed before a car, and that she was supposed to be dead or at a hospital, if luck was by her side at the least but examining the whole room, she could tell that it was not a hospital.

All confused and quite scared, she crawled down to the bed slowly. As her feet touched the floor she strolled towards the window on her tiptoes. She needed to find out the situation first.

Looking outside of the window Bellona saw some men in black suits who possibly seemed like bodyguards. And all of them had a gun with them, they were seemingly dangerous to her.

Bellona had never been in such a situation before so she was now terrified. What if she was abducted or what if someone was going to sell her out. She was having all those kinds of what-if playing in her mind.

'Looks like I am in trouble, I have to do something to get myself out of here.' Taking a quick look around herself, Bellona began to scan the whole room in search of any type of weapon she could carry with herself.

She was still peering around when abruptly someone knocked at the door. Getting more scared Bellona looked around to find a safe place where she could hide for the time being.

"Should I hide in the cupboard? Or the bathroom?" She promptly ran towards the bathroom but someone knocked at the door again. Bellona found it difficult to decide where to hide between the bathroom and the cupboard.

"Break the door."

She could hear an unfamiliar female voice coming from the outside of the room. 'If I don't hide now, I will get caught. No no... ' It took only two minutes and the door was smashed from outside.

'Am I going to get caught? Please, no. ' Bellona hid herself well and held onto her breath.

"Where did she go?" There were two maids and behind them, a middle-aged woman was standing who looked very strict from the outside. Bellona peeked through the door of the cupboard.

"Check the washroom." The middle-aged woman mandated the maids.

'Thank God, I didn't hide there. Hehe.' It gave her a feeling of pride . Judging by what she saw, she was joyful that she made the right decision at the right time. She was kinda sure that they would possibly not search the cupboard.

"She is not in there." Those two maids notified the woman.

"In this short time, she can't go anywhere. She woke up from a coma after two year, she can’t be that strong … You two go and search other rooms. Go!" As the middle-aged woman ordered them, they quickly rode out of the room.

“Coma ….” Bellona whimpered as she was shocked to hear what that woman confessed. Was the middle-aged woman talking about her?

After seeing them leave, Bellona took a deep breath relaxingly. Finally, they left which meant she possibly could leave from here. As soon as she thought so, her eyes started glittering. A glimmer of hope took place in her eyes.

Bellona peeked through the door of the cupboard again to check if everybody was gone. Seeing nobody Bellona smiled devilishly and quickly came out.

"Now I need to find a way to get out of here." She couldn’t be more happy thinking she could escape but as soon as she turned around she was astonished. Touching her chest, she looked at the person standing in front of her eyes.

She inhaled fresh air and then she asked the middle-aged woman, "Were not you guys gone? You already scared me!" While still touching her chest.

The woman remained silent, her eyes were focused on Bellona, it seemed like she was a very cold person and at this time, very angry at her.

Seeing her cold expression Bellona smiled nervously and mumbled, "I was just playing... Playing around, hehe."

"Make her ready." To her words, the woman didn't say anything. She commanded those two maids and then left from there. So, Bellona was not clever enough to escape.

Bellona peered at both the maids, she couldn't understand what that old lady meant actually. Thinking that she would ask them as she lifted her finger, one of them told her while looking at her, "Come with us."

"Where?" To her question, they didn't answer her. Bellona didn't want to go with them so she turned to leave. Both the maids held her hand all of a sudden and then started dragging her to God knew where.

It was surprising though, she had no idea what was going on and where she was right now. Those maids seemed kinda strong, so even though for once she thought that she would teach them a lesson, that wish of hers unwillingly died down.

Both the maids were walking with her, they were not intending to let her go. Having no option left to her, Bellona kept her eyes closed while she was getting cleansed. Strange! They were taking care of her, she didn't need to do anything including bathing.

It was probably one hour later when they took her into a room. Until now, she had no idea why they were taking care of her. She remembered the only person who took care of her was …

Right, her father.

Suddenly getting up to the chair she was sitting on, Bellona ran towards the door.

"Miss, stop." Some maids followed her behind.

Bellona abruptly remembered what happened to her father. Something happened! How could she still be ok... Or was everything a dream? She had too many questions in her mind going on.

"You cannot run away. Please stop there!" She could hear those maids panicking behind her. Bellona surely didn't know where she was going, it was giving her the feeling that she was actually getting lost.

‘No, this is not right. I should go to... To the left?’ Standing in front of the staircase Bellona was struggling to decide which way to go. The maids were about to catch her.

Taking the right side as she took one step ahead, she saw that middle-aged woman she met some time ago standing in front of her eyes, on the left staircase. The way she was looking at her made Bellona's words stuck between her throat.

"Get her!" The woman ordered in an angry tone.

Bellona couldn't just get caught. Without thinking anymore, she started running. For God seck, wherever her eyes went she kept galloping to.

She was still running but suddenly she heard a male voice and stopped at her feet.

"What 's going on here?" The man inquired in a cold tone.

"This Miss is trying to run away so..." The middle-aged woman's voice turned to a rather soft one immediately.

Bellona quickly understood that that man might be her boss. Thinking she was in big trouble she stepped ahead to run but was stopped by the man.

He grabbed her hand from behind and she didn't dare to move at all.

"Stop running. I won't hurt you." The man told her. Somehow his voice felt familiar to her ears, Bellona turned to see who the man was. And as soon as she turned to see him, her head started whirling. She couldn't keep her eyes open, losing consciousness, and fainted in his arms.

"Sir...."

"Leave us alone." Holding her in his arms as the man ordered everybody, everybody left immediately from there.

Looking at Bellona in his arms, the man strolled upstairs …
