Chapter 3 UNIQUE

The entrance door bell rang hours later.

'That must be Elizabeth' Veronica thought as she slipped her feet into her slippers.

She was the one who sent for her.

She was almost in the living room when she heard Bella and a familiar voice discussing.

"I've told you million times, Eliza to stop calling me ma'am" That was Bella's voice and she could hear a silent giggle in the background.

"I'm just 25 days older. Just because you're working for my sister doesn't mean you should address me as ma'am. It makes me look like I'm 25 years older. Just quit the ma'am. You can just call me Bella" Bella stated as Eliza nodded.

"Okay, ma'am Bella" Eliza smiled

"Something is still included" Bella rolled her eyes and just then Veronica walked into the scene.

"Eliza dearling" she smiled at her PA who bowed.

"Good day, ma'am" Eliza greeted in respect.

Veronica didn't reacted because she knew Eliza doesn't follow instructions.

She had told her countless times to quit addressing her as ma'am.

"I'm just 24 years old, just 4 years older than you" she would remind Eliza at times but her always smiling PA would just shrugged it off and smiled.

"I'll just show you the design in my room" Nica smiled as she held her PA's hand as they walked to her room while Isabella followed behind.

'What designs' Bella thought confusedly.

They entered the room and saw the bed filled up with different things - laptop, three phones, books of different sizes and colours, pens and pencils in a case, pins and some scattered sheets on the bed.

Despite that, her room still look so much neat and tidied up.

Even though she had an office with desk in the room.

She would never make use of it except she wanted to.

"I'm a girl, I can't sit on desks for hours. I'm comfortable with my comfy bed" she would stated whenever Bella nagged her on using desks.

Veronica packed the materials on the bed at a side and picked the sheets one after the other.

The three of them had their seats on one edge of the bed as Nica made outline on each sheet.

It was sketches of new designs she wanted to produce in her fashion house.

She explained each sketches to Eliza who listened attentively.

"And about this one" she faced a paper and pointed her index finger on the paper, tracing lines.

"It's gonna be armless at the left side and a parting at the thigh. The chest mustn't be too wide and for the cutting of the materials, it must be a wide peplum at the feet. The materials are not in pieces. The best materials is sequence, Eliza from the beginning" she explained.

"But I think Chinos will also be okay" Eliza suggested.

"I would have agreed on that but the down length would not be so good. Chinos materials always get laid on the body like a flesh. It won't be so fitted." Veronica stated calmly.

"So just tell Mr Jones to provide chinos sequence not netted sequence" she smiled referring Mr Jones as the welfare officer.

"Okay, ma'am" Eliza nodded.

"So that's it" Veronica smiled.

"I'm surely the first person that's gonna buy the second design" Isabella chipped in.

"And I want blue not silver sequence" she stated smiling at the sketches Elizabeth was arranging in a file.

"Okay ma'.." Isabella glared at Eliza

"Okay ma... Bella" Eliza smiled.

"Mabella" Veronica raised an eyebrow.

"That's a complete different name" Veronica laughed.

"But there is still improvement, anyways" Isabella smiled at Eliza who smiled back nervously.

'It's not easy calling someone I addressed as ma'am by name' she thought.

"I'll just be on my way now, ma'am" she bowed her head while Nica nodded her head.

"Not now, Elly" Bella shook her head.

"Elly?" Eliza asked confusedly.

"C'mon, let's grab some snacks before you go" Isabella held Eliza's left hand as they walked out of Nica's room.

"So Eliza, I want a blue gown, the one I told you about earlier in Nica's room" Bella smiled as she was set to see Eliza off.

"Okay" Eliza nodded.

Bella was going through her IG account when she saw a post that catched her mind.

It was a post by UNIQUE.

"Dubai, here we come. It's gonna be a fun-filled two months banger" she read out.

She was a big fan of the UNIQUE.

She loved their songs, their voices,their personalities.

And the member she loved most was Chris.

Tho, she hadn't met them in real life but she was a regular subscriber and downloader of every of their videos, be it their songs or regular videos and interviews.

'Or should I just go to Dubai for vacation this year maybe I can get to see them, who knows' she thought smiling.

"I'll just tell Nica to let us go to Dubai this year" she said out loud.
