Chapter 8 Embarrassment At The Birthday Party

Dressed in a light blue dress, Amanda was no longer charming and hot as she had been at the banquet that day. Instead, she looked like a lady from an eminent family, quiet and elegant.

Seeing this, Laura couldn't help smiling.

Amanda smiled gracefully, "Thank you for your coming. I hope you can have a good time!"

Laura saw it clearly. Even though Amanda's words were brief, there was disappointment in her eyes that couldn't be concealed. Suddenly, something occurred to Laura. It seemed that Harrison hadn't come. At the banquet last time, she could tell that Harrison, the lady from the Lian family, had a special attitude towards Harrison.

"Harrison, you are late. Behave yourself!" looking at Harrison with a snicker, Sellers said.

With a faint smile on his face, Harrison didn't say anything. He went straight to Amanda and met her affectionate and shy eyes. "Amanda, happy birthday!"

Holding the blue rose in her arms, she asked in a more gentle voice, "Miss Amanda, may I invite you to dance?"

Some servant had already taken the bouquet from her, so that she could put her hand on the palm of Harrison. Harrison held her waist and slid to the center of the hall.

Looking at the two people, Sellers felt relieved. He smiled and reached out his hand to Laura. "Miss Laura!"

Laura replied with a smile and put her hand in the palm of Sellers. She was Sellers' female companion tonight!

Step, rotate, and the happy smile of Amanda kept swaying behind her.

Harrison could see that Amanda was warning Laura. Harrison tightened his arm and whispered in Amanda's ear, "Amanda, you are not concentrated enough!"

Amanda blushed and didn't dare to go on. She and Harrison amazed the whole hall. The two of them were perfectly matched. The man was strong and handsome, and the woman was petite and lovely. What a perfect match! Everyone stopped dancing, leaving only the two people spinning and dancing.
