Chapter 7 Beat Me To Death!

Brody was thrilled to see the tears streaming down Tracy's cheeks.

But it wasn't enough.

He wanted to see the pain in her eyes; he wanted her to beg for mercy.

Tracy peered through her tears and saw an unpredictable change in Brody's face. Panic settled in the pit of her stomach; she wanted to jump out of bed and escape from him. However, Brody had sensed what she was thinking.

"Come here!" Brody stood up and grabbed the collar of her top. He dragged her roughly against him.

Tracy was startled to find him fuming with rage.

He was like a vicious beast waiting to pounce on his prey.

"I didn't do anything. You can't do this to me!" Tracy cried. Her body was trembling with fear.

Her screams grew louder as she was writhing in pain. She bit her lip to restrain her sobs.

Her abdomen was throbbing in pain. Tracy stared at Brody with tears in her bloodshot eyes.

"Looks like you won't realize your mistakes unless I teach you a lesson."

Brody clenched his jaw and pinched her waist.

Tracy tried to dodge, but Brody pulled her closer. His fingernails sank into her flesh, making her cry louder this time.

"I warn you to stay away from Ben!" Brody growled.

Tears were gushing from her eyes. The pain in her waist was killing her. The continuous sobs made her head throb.

Anger, fear, and hatred surged through her veins. Tracy finally mustered the strength and stood up. "Why the hell should I listen to you? Marrying you was a fucking accident. You have no right to control me. I like spending time with Ben. I don't want to stay at your place -- not even for a second. This is a fucking cage!" Tracy cried hysterically.

Brody's behavior was driving her insane. She was ashamed of herself for succumbing to his torture.

His hold on Tracy's waist tightened. He gritted his teeth and glared at her. "What's so good about Ben? If you say one more word, I will destroy his fucking life."

Tracy sniffed and laughed bitterly. "Brody, I know that you hate me, but you don't have to hurt Ben for that. You want to torture me. Isn't that what you want, Brody? Go ahead, beat me to death! Take your revenge. My death will shatter my father. Your revenge will be fulfilled."

Tracy's body was shaking; tears continued to stream down her face.

Brody was stunned; Tracy's words irked him. He dropped his hands and stepped away. A flash of anger appeared on his face before it was replaced with a malevolent grin.

"You are so beautiful." He stepped closer and trailed his fingers across her cheeks. "How can I let you die?"

Tracy turned her face in disgust; she couldn't breathe anymore. It was heartbreaking that her marriage turned out like this.

Tracy closed her eyes and waited for him to start his torturous assault.

She wondered if there was even a speck of humanity in Brody's heart.

He had trampled her last shred of dignity and pride.

Tracy couldn't contain her sorrow anymore. She hugged herself and began to choke with sobs.
