Chapter 5: cruel reality .

Micah POV.

The ray of sunlight that had made its way into the room made me squinted my eyes.

I yawned loudly and tried standing up, but a weight was weighing we down.

Where am I ?

Just then,the memories came in like a rushing wind.

" No, no,no, tell me, it's not true."

" Tell me I didn't, I didn't give my first time to a stranger, right?" I questioned myself, my heart thumping in fright.

My eyes trailed down to my body and i gasped loudly.

My naked body just confirmed the thought I had just had,it was true... really true.

I was quick to cover my mouth with my palm,

" Crazy, crazy, crazy, I'm so crazy " i concluded before pushing away the arms that were circled around my waist.

Why is the crazy aloof man holding my waist so tightly? I cursed.

I quickly jumped out of bed after successfully removing the hands that held my waist tightly.

Without bothering to take a second glance at the man, i quickly searched around, and in search of her clothing, i picked them up, and my eyes suddenly met the mirror and i gasped.

" Why am i looking this way?" I muttered lowly to myself, in other not to wake my one night stand.

I won't be able to face him, not after what had happened between us.

My curvy brown hair was disheveled, and my makeup was all gone, leaving my love bite visibly.

" Love bites my foot, I will call this sex bite," i whispered to myself and quickly put on my clothes gently in order to avoid waking up the man on the bed.

I could only see that his jet-black hair was curly, and his back held a black spot by his left side.

I didn't want to see more. It was a mistake, the most stupid mistake i had ever made in her twenty-one years of existing , a mistake that was never supposed to happen.

I quickly made for her bag and picked it up in a rush, oblivious to the fact that a piece of paper had fallen from the bag.

I made for my heels and buckled the clips successfully and left without glancing or taking a look at the man whom i had just spent the night with.

Hailing down a cab, i got stares everywhere from everyone that sets eyes on me, The cab driver stared at me and wanted to move without me boarding but i was quick to give him a pleading face and it seems to work.

" I just had a steamy night " was obviously written all over me.

I bit her lips as the cab moved.

" Disaster, this was disastrous. How could i give ny first time to a man i knows nothing off. "

Tears were threatening to spill, but i held them .

That's was the same reason, Nate had broken up with me, no cheated on me because i refused giving myself to him, i just foolishly gave my first time to someone i knew nothing about.

I was the type that wanted to keep my chastity till i got married, when Nate made advances with his intentions known to me, i would strongly disagree with him and made him know i wasn't ready, but now what?

I had my first sex with someone i had just met, a man i know nothing about except his jet black hair.

I was under the influence of alcohol and had not seen his looks that well. I couldn't even recognize the man who had taken my first time.

My mind trailed to Emilia and Daisy.

Yeah , where are they?

I had absolutely no idea where Emily was. Last night, she was clearly having all the whole fun and had forgotten about me.

Now i spent the night with an unknown man... Emily and Daisy were definitely the ones to blame for this. If they hadn't proposed the idea of going to the club house, things wouldn't have turned out this way.

Or if i hadn't been so stupid to drink herself to stupor just by the thought of what had happened to her recently.

I turned to take a glance at the rear mirror, and i caught the driver's glance at me.

Is there anything worse than this? I wondered.

The cab driver quickly looked away from me. I took a long stare at my reflection.

My lips were swollen, clearly showing evidence that it was deeply kissed.

My sky blue eyes were the only thing that shone on my ace.

I gasped lightly when i realized that i was putting on just a piece of ear rings.

Where is the second pair ... i scattered my bag as i searched crazily for the missing pair. But all my efforts were to no avail.

Reality hit her hard when i realized i must have lost it in the hotel room where that man was.

It's definitely too late to go back to search for it. My one night stander must have been searching for me.

I bit her lips, the ear rings were valuable to me, it was given to me by jason, and now it's missing.

I pulled out the other pair and held the white ruby ear ring fondly in her palm.

Why did i have to listen to both of my friends?Why was i so stupid to have drank a lot of alcohol when i knew i was lightweight?

Why did i accept to follow a stranger she knew nothing about?

Many different questions were running through my head, which answered were unknown to me,

Who was too blamed for my reckless act under the influence of alcohol.

My parents? Nate? Colette? Daisy? Em? The alcohol? Or still myself?.

The cab driver pulled up front, and i quickly paid him before turning to walk away, dejectedly.
