Chapter 2 Can I help...

My name is Hee-won! At least, when I was still a girl it was. But currently, I go by the name Hae-Won! It also sounds like a feminine name but it's actually unisex.

After sorting out my current condition, I decided to take action. Just like me, Hae-Won had no parents and no siblings. He lived off working numerous part time jobs and tired himself out every day.

It made me feel that we weren't given justice no matter what world we lived in. But there was one thing Hae-Won didn't do that I did, which was writing stories.

Somehow, I discovered that all my past books which were in my original phone, ended up in Hye-Won's phone. It was a miracle!

At least I could live off of that for the time being!

That's what I thought until I got kicked out of my tiny room apartment.

"Why is my life so hard?" I groaned as I rolled my luggage to a hotel. I had little to no savings and I couldn't help but wonder what Hae-Won spent all his money on.

If it were me, I knew what I'd spend them on so could it be he was spending money on BL manhwa and merchandise? No! I shook my head.

I was lucky to get a cheap room and proceeded to have a hearty meal before facing my demise.

I entered the restaurant and ordered a big bowl of the chef's finest noodles.

I had no idea that going into that noodle shop would change my life for good! It was that day that I meant my destined pairs! Yeah, you heard me! I said pairs!

I was still waiting for my noodles when two boys walked in. My jaw dropped as soon as I saw them. One was wearing a nose mask and a hat while the other looked super sexy with a chiseled chin and jet black hair. They were the perfect match and I could tell they were very handsome even if I wasn't able to get a proper view.

I couldn't help but drool as I fantasized how they would look together in bed.

"Sir, your noodles!" The waiter dropped my bowl and I regained my senses. When I looked at the entrance, they were gone.

I scanned the shop, they weren't there. I turned to the waiter.

"Um, do you know where those two went?" I asked, beaming a polite smile. He blushed and pointed at the direction of the restroom.

"I think they went to the restroom!" He said and I flashed him a cute irresistible smile.

"Thank you!"

I always knew that as a boy, I'd be one heck of a charmer and I was right! My looks could be compared to a girl. Beat that omegas!

I slurped on my noodles heartily while keeping my eyes on the restroom door. They weren't coming out. This sparked my BL reader and I couldn't help but imagine things.

'It's totally legal for boys to date boys!' I thought as I placed my chopsticks down. 'But is it legal to rub it all over our faces that you've got a steamy stuff going on?' I thought about it and dropped the bill. 'I think I'll just take a quick peak and leave. No big deal!'

Those were my thoughts till I got to the restrooms. I was probably getting retribution for my weird stalking habits because as soon as I entered the restroom, the air in my lungs seized and I started gagging.

I couldn't breathe. There was a strange scent in the air and it was making me weak and unable to breath! Was that what people called pheromones? I knew a thing or two about it but I don't think it would be that powerful. What were they doing to be releasing so many pheromones?

There were three classes of people. Or you could say three genders. Alpha, omega and beta.

Alpha's were the big shots, no doubt. They were the ones who owned huge companies, had extraordinary looks and we're on top of the world. Omegas, they were like mates for the Alphas. An omega's sole purpose in life is to give birth to a child for an Alpha. No other specks, other than they were extremely delicate and feminine in structure, be it a guy or a lady.

Anyone could mistake me as an Omega seeing how delicate and pretty I looked but that wasn't something worth bragging.

Then there were the betas. The ones who had to work under the cruel capitalism of the world. They were free to marry any gender but that was very rare as they were always looked down on.

Alphas and omegas have something called pheromones! They're usually used to identify the classes between recessive and dominants but that wasn't all.

When an Alpha releases his pheromones, he is capable of suffocating an Omega or drinking him into heat, depending on the amount released. When Omegas enter their heat period, they need an Alpha to help them through the heat period or they take inhibitors. This however, is not as effective as getting help from an Alpha so...

Right at that moment when I thought I'd pass out because of the excessive amount of pheromones, I thought to myself.

'Betas don't usually smell pheromones so why am I like this? Why am I being affected?' I was still thinking of this when I heard someone talking.

"That's enough! Someone's outside!"

"How can anyone withstand this level of pheromones?"

"Betas can! Ngh! Just stop it. Haa! Ah! Stop!"

I couldn't believe it. I was completely out of breath because of them yet they were having the time of their lives. Serves me right for being such a creepy stalker!

I managed to compose myself and covered my mouth with a handkerchief but just as I was about to leave, the stall door swung open and they caught me.

Well technically, I caught them but still... I looked like I was the peeping Tom.

Our eyes met and for a moment, I felt like I knew him. It was at the back of my head but I couldn't figure it out.

This jet-black haired guy looked so handsome up close. His face looked to be that of a god and I was secretly adoring his looks when he looked down at me with a mean grin.

Fine, he was taller than me, no need to feel proud! He was an Alpha, no doubt!

"Can I help... ?"

"I wasn't peeping, I swear!" I blurted, out of nowhere, cutting him short of whatever he had to say.

He looked at me, stunned. I looked at him also stunned. Now I really looked guilty of being a peeping Tom.

His expression changed to somewhat disgusted and I wanted to cry. Was he judging me? His eyes suddenly became scary and I just ran out of there.

Why do handsome guys have to be so cruel?
