Chapter 7 Seven(Regret)

Lucien's Pov:

I was snapped back to reality as I got the shock of my life. I saw the event unfold on my face with a confused and horrified look. I stared at Juliana break free from the chain, her wolf has surfaced and I won't allow the event of the other day to repeat itself. Nobody has ever broken free from a silver chain before in the whole history of the werewolves realm. I pushed my wheelchair and fling a huge silver chain around her. She growled as she angrily shook herself with her veins popping out, her wolf's teeth elongated showing her canines. I signaled for my warriors and everyone in the room to help me bring her down. Noticing that we couldn't bring her down no matter how much we tried, I quickly mind-link my beta, gamma, and some of my top warriors who rushed unexpectedly before I could cut the mind-link.

"Here we are, Alpha...." My beta promptly announced as they bashed into the penitentiary slaying the door forcefully to the wall.

"Hurry up, Now!!.....," I rapidly screamed at them. My beta, Ruben, quickly mind-link the others on what to do before hurrying towards us. Arden my gamma carefully strode towards Juliana.

"Huuu!!.........." Juliana let out a warning growl as Arden tried picking the tiny bottle from the floor. I noticed Arden slowly moving down as I felt him mind-link someone before smirking mischievously at Juliana's wolf. Arden's sudden behavior took me by surprise, though he was my gamma I have never seen him this brave. I watched as Julianna's wolf and Arden narrowed their eyes at each other quietly waiting for each other's next move.

Julianna had her attention fixed on the small bottle and also on Arden, she was waiting to get an opportunity to strike and I know that Arden was trying to distract her so that we could bring her down but I noticed that if we delayed more time that Arden won't make it alive from her predatory steps. Arden mind-link and pleaded for us to strike immediately, he sounds scared. Who couldn't be horrified and terrified around this monster?

"NOW!!........." I abruptly yelled as Ruben hurried and fling a shiver chain around her neck, I gave him a thumbs up for he took a courageous step.

"Umm!......haa!!" She cried out as she battled to free herself, she wasn't expecting that. Forcefully dragging her down I signaled to Juliet to make a move, snapping back to reality Arden suddenly picked up the bottle and threw it to Juliet who got it at one throw. Quietly moving towards the wailing monster she instantly shoved the content to her throat.

"No!!!....." She screamed as she fell there looking pale and weak. We forced a lot of wolfbane into her throat as she was tied down with many silver chains. She lay there unconscious.

I gestured for us to leave the place, taking one glance at the unconscious monster. She is back to her human form, laying down. She looked so innocent and beautiful to be mistaken for the cursed monster. Signing, I closed the door behind me as we exited the place but not before placing my top warriors at the door.

I know having one leg will be at my disadvantage, being the Alpha with only one leg won't work since I can't defend my people on the war front with my wolf having only one leg. We will be defeated easily. I signed as I ran my hand through my hair.

"Who told me to reject Juliana? Why did I even accept her in our pack in the first place? Why did I replace her with her best friend more like her sister? Many questions kept popping into my head.

" Gosh...." I yelled as I smashed the glass I was holding onto the wall, I hit the table. This can't be happening, Juliet has been acting somehow since I was injured, for me to maintain this Alpha title I need to impregnate her but the problem is how since she doesn't care or like staying around me. I can't allow my pack to be shamed, we were among the strongest, so we won't be the last. I tap my fingers on my jaw as I think hard, I haven't received any complaint yet from any pack member who wanted to demote me and crown another Alpha but who am I kidding, who dares to speak?

I mind-linked Juliet to my office, it didn't take long before she knocked on my door. I know that with her being power-hungry I can easily impregnate her, smirking mischievously as the idea pops into my head.

"Enter," I promptly said...

"You called baby..." she uttered as she walked seductively toward me, she flung her waist from side to side as she walked. I stared at her emotionless as she walked, why am I not aroused? I asked myself because if it was before I would be at the edge now but look, all I want now is Juliana. She is the one that kept popping into my head, Juliet shifts the center table and sits on top of my leg, and I hissed in pain.

"Oh!.... Silly me I forgot," she mumbled with a devilish smile twinkling in her eyes before she slowly pulled down her blouse revealing her boobs. She positioned herself well for me to get a better view. Looking at those breasts makes my stomach crushed as I long for Juliana. I want to have her even if it means taking her by force, I have to do it. I pushed Juliet off me and motioned for her to leave, but being so dumb I know that she won't leave without causing a fuss.

"What was that for?" She said with a heated glare.

"What was... what for...?" I asked her with a furrowed eyebrow.

"Don't pretend like you don't know what I am trying to say," she spits angrily.

"How should I know?" I said nonchalantly.

"Why did you call me here?" She questioned.

"Are you not happy that I called you?" I asked with a folded arm.

"How could I like it after you just treated me like nothing," she said painfully.

"Hey I don't know what you are trying to say but if you will excuse me because I have a lot of things going on in my mind now," I said to her as I gestured for her to leave my office.

"You regret rejecting her, right?" she asked with a teasing smile though there was a hint of pain visible in her tone, snapping my head quickly at her I hurled a heated glare at her.

"You don't have to lie because I saw how you kept throwing her passionate stare," she kept talking.

"Yes, now that you have found out, get out of my office," I let out a low growl. She flinched back but when she regained her senses she glared at me.

"How can you humiliate me like this?.....choosing a cursed follower over me," she let it all out with venom.

"When you were busy fucking me mindlessly, you didn't regret it right?" She taunts me with a painful smile.

"I regret every shit....." I said. She laughed bitterly as tears stung her eyes, she fanned her face with her bare hand as she suddenly started sweating.

"I can't believe that you Lucien can choose a curse over me," she whispered to herself but with our wolf strength, we can hear every single damn word.

"I lost my one leg because of you," I yelled at her.

"And I got stuck to a lame man because of your carelessness and cowardness," she lashes at me.

"Carelessness and cowardness....how?" I asked her, confused.

"You don't know right, you are a weakly," she uttered.

"But I saved your ass from being smashed away despite having one leg," I taunt with a wicked smirk.

"By luck, that doesn't mean that you will be that lucky next time," she snarled at me.

"Get out of my sight now!!....... before I destroy you," I growled dangerously at her as she sped out of my office.

"F****," I uttered as I lay on the couch, I hate that I was mated to Juliana and even chose Juliet as my mate. "But I could have conquered the whole werewolf realm with Juliana by my side," I smiled sheepishly.

"Now that you know, though she was a curse we could have used it to our advantage," my wolf said, ``I know he will support me because he is power-hungry just like me.

"We will get rid of her once we are truly done with her," a wicked smirk flashes across my lips.
