David" Pamela yelled her eyes were brimming with tears

But you're...you and kim...I thought she was your best friend fiancée "Pamela cried

Well, you have seen it by yourself she is not my best friend anything. It all a lie "David said non chalantly

Kim didn't talk ,she was rather embarrassed and bowed her head ,Pamela was a nice girl who didn't deserve all this but .

Pamela wailed looking at the two of them

I'm sorry pammie, but I love David we can't pretend anymore "kim said and hurriedly dashed into the nearest room

Ok since you have seen ,heard and believe, it officially over "David said and went into the room kim went

Leaving Pamela to cry her eyes out. Pamela walked dejectedly out of David's house .

She took the last glance at the house,and cried harder, the house she had so many dreams about. She always dreams about their future ,their kids running around the house,she working all day in David's kitchen then all night in his bedroom.

Gone!! Gone were those dreams.

Run master!" A firm voice called we can handle them "she continued

But Chase Grandeur wasn't a coward, he was determined to fight until the very end . Although he was trained but this people seems determined to get his life.

He knew this was one of his greedy uncle's game but he is determined to let them know , he might be a kid but not a piece of meat .

Masterrrr"della his right hand woman called but it was too late

The bullet hit him straight in the arm ,but then he didn't give up ,he continued shooting until he hit the guy who seems to be the leader .

Retreat!" He heard the one he shot commanded

Chase shot him again ." I hope we meet again Chase Grandeur "The leader said

I hope so too"chase replied .

Della dropped her gun and ran to her master, he was loosing much blood .

"Master" she cried

"Take me into one of the streets, I need you and the guys to lie low for some time ,don't do anything until I say so"he said

"But...mas " dollars was saying but got cut off by her master "that is final della" he said .

Della trimmed her lips uneasily as she drove past many street in havana. Chase might be a powerful heir but he was kinda too young to face the things he is facing.

Della stared at him from the mirror, his eyes were expressionless and his arm was bleeding.

She knew Chase isn't the type that likes being pitied, so she just drove on worriedly

"It ok"chase voice brought her out of her reverie

" sir?" della asked alarmed

Instead of repeating himself he gave a very loud sigh(hiss) , della unlocked the door quickly.

It was not the first time ,he is sleeping in the street but there is something giving her a red signal about this particular street

Something big, maybe a storm is about to happen

"Be safe and alive please "della thought sadly as she watched the almighty Chase Grandeur walk into the dirty street of havana.

Pamela hasn't stopped crying, she didn't know what to do .

Her brain wasn't even functioning, she isn't the type that keeps many friends because she is a very shy person.

Diana Wilson her best friend is married and she doesn't want to disturb her home.

It not like she lives alone though,but she lives with her old uncle.

Well Pamela never knew her parents, they died while she was just 9 months old ever since then it had been her and her precious uncle. Their other families live abroad.

Suddenly she stopped on her track and stared intently on the floor .

It looked like blood on a norms she was supposed to get away from the place but her curious nature as a teacher got the best of her as she trailed the blood path.

In a very scheduled corner, was a stranger seating alone ,staring aimlessly at the floor . She didn't get to see his face .

"Who are you?" She asked

No response

You're bleeding " she said again

No response

Hey,I am talking to you ,am a nice person. I won't hurt you ,I know you're scared but you're safe with me " Pamela said softly and bend to his level

Just then Chase raised his head

As their eyes met ,it started to rain.

If not for the situation at hand she would have called it clichè

You don't really know when you're not wanted .do you?" Chase Grandeur finally voiced out

For a while pamela wanted to leave but she pushed the thought aside and attempted to help him but he glared at her with fire brimming in his eyes

"Do I look so pathetic that you think u need your help "chase grumbled out .

Pamela rolled her eyes and wondered what kind of man he was rejecting help .

"Sir ..I am just trying to be nice here" she said

Making chase chuckle darkly he stood up and walked towards her .

He grabbed her arm making her squeak .

Chase stared down at the lady infront of him ,she looked like a mouse .

So scared and fragile.

"You're so stubborn aren't you?" He asked rethorically.

He left her arm and returned where he was seating .

Pamela pried at the strange man again .

She decided she was going to help him

"He might kill you Pamela "her inner self said but she ignored and walked towards the man with gentle and unsure steps .

"I said leave me alone "chase said again this time loudly making Pamela freeze on her spot.

"Come to think of it ,it not by force to help people "her inner self said but again she pushed it aside

The determination to help this man surprises her
