Chapter 2 Back home

Our term went on and we enjoyed it finally.

Finally🥳we had to head back which was everyone's joy.

I swear I have never prayed to be picked from school so late... I like reaching home early..

There was time of sadness since bidding my friends goodbye was so hard..but I let them go..

I waited until my brothers arrived to pick me and my sister Glady...we were among the last people to be picked up..but it's better late than never...

We travelled in silence, thankfully home was thirty minutes (30) away from school.

Me and my beaming sister ran out out of the car to hug our siblings we didn't mind to close the car doors as our happiness😁 was overwhelming.

I hugged my siblings with so much longing and here comes the dogs I had forgotten 🐕‍🦺 ... finally I went looking for my mom whom I found in the kitchen I hugged her with so much passion I can't lie but she's among the reasons I miss home when am away.❤️

Just from school I hate bathing that very day but I bet I will always do that as long as mom is home cause no food without bathing 😒.

I bathed and had my supper with my family members..then this is where I love my family I don't know who brought up the habbit but I just love it . After supper girls have a tendency of converging in one room and then begin talking and laughing out so loud not minding of wether it's night.

I joined them, we talked about many things and I begun feeling sleepy..I decided to go to my room and sleep..I said my prayer and then got lost in my wanderland😴.

Feeling hot I woke up not realizing it is already 11 am in the morning..then it me that this is what I miss when am at school..

I left bed, said my morning prayer and went to bathe

Afterwards I dressed up and remembered that at home there is always house chores🙄.

I got out greeted everyone..there and then everyone begun asking "what did you bring for me from school" I asked them wether I had gone to work or study.. I just don't know what is wrong with people who tells them that when your from school you should carry for them items🙆.

Thankfully, there was no work for me.. I took my breakfast and then went to watch..

I found my siblings already in the living room.. when I looked at the Television and back to them I gave them this look of like what happened 💁and they were like dad refused to pay the monthly package..

Then I just knew where I was heading cause trust me shall never watch one CD forever.

We decided to put music. At first people weren't motivated but Then this song played; Wait For Me by Johnny Drille my sisters begun ryhming along with it as if it was a dedication to them😏.

I love seeing smiles on my siblings faces.

I joined them sung out so loud and then here comes another song anyone by Justin Bieber

They shouted at this part;

And then as always my mom came in and threatened to switch the television off if we don't lower our voices..we obeyed cause who loves boredom..

Later that day me and my two sisters(Glady and Grace) decided to go and get some CDs..on our way as long as you know that you are moving with Glady just know that no boredom..she begun commenting on people who were looking at us as if we are new in the area..we reached out destination and decided to get series we picked May Queen and Halik.

Next day at home people begun waking up early so as to watch the series...but what I know about my siblings no one's hobby is cooking🤲 but when food is ready that's when you know that everyone was hungry though they all refused to cook. We had the lunch while watching which isn't a good habbit to do.

we watched the two series and we went on going to pick the next parts every day.

But after some time Grace was like " I guess the owner of the studio doesn't like us cause every time we go he's like the next parts aren't around" but I agree with Grace cause of the way the guy used to behave towards us as if we are the ones who want the money.

We used to end up picking movies cause boredom is not our friend.

If the studio guy had a motive of making us not finish the series I bet he won cause we stopped watching them and decided to be watching movies and songs.

But then here comes our savior, some friend of us whom we told about our situation, decides to help us by bringing us the remaining parts..and thanks to him we finished the series.

Due to constant movement everyday, mom warned us to reduce...but raising teenagers is a headache, they do the opposite of the situation..

We refused to stop moving till dad decided to pay the DSTV package. It was happiness as well as sadness cause girls like series and boys like football and action movies. As for dad himself likes news.

I knew what came ahead of us..Competition for the remote.Then we decided boys to watch at night and girls during day as for dad he will squeeze himself in any of the places.
