When his mum found out she……………………

Chapter 1 Sharon

Sharon’s pov

Sharonnnnn wake up, my mother shouted as she hit me to wake up. Mum why can’t you stop waking me up like this,I’m not a deep sleeper. I complained as I covered my face with a pillow. I don’t have to answer you , anyways, get up and get ready so you will get to school on time, don’t forget today is your first day of school. She reminded me

Oh shit that’s right,I immediately stood up upon remembering that. I’m not a nerd neither do I like school but there’s something in the school I not only like but love and that’s kakoro James. He has to be the most handsome guy on this earth, the way his Adam’s Apple bulge when he’s talking, how he towers over me, his build, his intelligence. God sure do have favorites because how can anyone look like that.

He’s like a Greek God in human form. Unfortunately enough for me, he doesn’t notice me and I don’t blame him though. Why would a rich and handsome guy like him notice an average girl like me. Besides I’m satisfied with loving him from a distance. I got ready for school and took a toast bread mum prepared and ran out before she comes out and forces me to eat everything she made, which will make me come late to college on the first day.

When I got to the hallway, I saw my best friend and ran to hug her. I wasn’t looking where I was going and before the blink of an eye, i fell on a hard stone. I just laid there embarrassed to stand up because I’m sure everyone would be looking at me like I’m an animal in a zoo. I could hear my heart beating very clearly and the hard rock suddenly moved below me.

Lo and behold when I looked, I saw the angry face of MY KAKORO JAMES. He was the shade of a tomato. Before my brain could process anything, he pushed me and stood up then dusted his clothes. Before leaving, he gave me a very stern look but didn’t say anything and left with his group of friends who were laughing at God knows what.

I wished the earth could open up and swallow me whole. My best friend Mastan came to my aid and I used her as a shield as I went to collect my schedule for my classes I have that session. This has to officially be the worst day of my life. His smell was still lingering around me and I promise to not wash my shirt anymore.

I will hang it as a trophy In my room. I wonder how those arms would feel like on me. Earth to Sharon, my bestie said to jolt me from my imagination. What a buzz kill she is.

I was sad because we didn’t really have classes together this time around, I don’t know what I’m going to do without her especially since after this embarrassing encounter I had with James this morning.

As I entered my last class for the day, I saw my bittersweet crush. The heavens must be playing games with me. Unluckily the only space available was beside him. I quietly sat down with him. Haven’t you made yourself clear enough, he said.

Sorry, are you talking to me ?I asked. Oh now even the deaf is in love with me, he replied. I was utterly shocked because who the fuck does he think he is. He’s right about me crushing on him but I’m sure not deaf. And excuse you, since when did I start liking a baboon. I retorted

I smirked as I saw the shocked look on his face. That’s serves him right. You’re going to regret this he said as he stood up. I’m waiting for what you’re gonna do to me I said while smiling but deep within me, I was panicking and praying to the heavens to make him forget about this incidence. He left the class even when it wasn’t over yet and of course the teacher didn’t say anything because he’s KAKORO .
